Firstly there is an address change for this restaurant (apparently they changed the Street name). It is now located at 339 Casuarina Street. It is not open on Monday nights. Only one vegetarian choice available (& not very good at all). Mexican usually caters better for vegetarians than this. We were very dissapointed with both the food & service. Dip platter was all served in the same hot dish, including the dips that should be cold. Guacomole & Queso dips were terrible! Far too much cheese in all dishes ordered, making them extremely greasy. Not impressed at all!

This would have to one of my favorite places to eat. I have been going here for about 15 years and the food is always fantastic. Always nicer if you can eat in but take away is still great. Try a no 16 - chicken enchiladas, the best in Sydney.

Went for the 1st time on Friday night with kids. The food was great although very busy and noisy, it was enjoyable. Service was good considering how busy they were. The kids loved it ... will go again.

The location, decor and service belie the fantastically authentic Mexican food served here. If you enjoy eating off plastic chairs surrounded by noise and dodgy decor - go for it, if not, grab a bottle of wine and get take away...... you will not be disappointed with the food.

I love this restaurant. The food is wonderfully authentic and still remarkably affordable. Great for groups, especially if you are going to be 'splitting the bill' because they have a great set menu, and it's BYO.

Possibly not the most romantic location but good for a fun night out.

A great little resturant hidden away in Gymea Bay. Great for a cheap and relaxing no fuss meal. While it is not a classy restaurant BMR is great for familys or groups as it is BYO all alcohol making it cheap. Service is fast even when the resturant is full which is most Fri & Sat nights. Don't take anyone here for a date. A good budget night out.
