Big Johns at Bondi Beach makes the most delicious pizzas I've literally ever tasted. The difference between here and Sans souci is ridiculously vast. Generous helpings. The only downside, if there has to be one, would be the delivery boy was like, "Hi, 30 bucks thanx".

I like the food. It was the best pizza that I had for a long time. Serves was good, I recommend to pizza lovers.

We order from Big Johns from time to time, they deliver to the junction from the bondi rd location. We always get the same things, the pesto rigatoni, meat pizza and a margarita, we really like the food. I think once it was average and we were slightly disappointed, the sauce was thin on the pasta and pizza was greesy but normally hot and fresh, its def better than anything we've ordered from the junction.

I particularly like the pesto cream sauce on the pasta (its normally perfect, everyone makes mistakes from time to time), not many people can do a good cream sauce and get it to you hot, its always steaming burn your mouth hot, I love it!

This was without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. The margarita came with so much cheese, there were pools of oil on top of it. The 'Bondi Special' was a food abortion. This was the first and last time. I have lived in Bondi all my life and wonder how this place stays open.

Love the pizzas. Truly gourmet, legitimate toppings and meats as apposed to those processed ones you get elsewhere. The shop is blatantly just take away, but I give ambience a 7 for its authentic pizza shop feel.

The pizza was overcooked and extremely dry. The Greek salad was pretty pathetic, just had a thin layer of the 'Greek' part and the reason was tons of lettuce. I won't be going back there again!

Went to Big John's Sans Souci after couple of friends recommended it. I heard of huge portions and great value for money. I was not disappointed.

We have ordered garlic bread for two (which was pizza size and was very tasty), pizza with tuna and fettuccine boscaiola. It was huge! After having garlic bread, we could hardly even touch our main dish. We had to take it home.

For dessert we had iced chocolate (very nice and big) and tiramissu (not too bad, although nothing special).

Staff was not very attentive, probably because the place was full! Don't expect a nice ambience. It's rather noisy and not very spacious (especially downstairs).
Overall, very good experience with nice food. Try to under-order.

Went to Big John's Sans Souci to try their Seafood Platter. We had heard so much about this place we decided to try for ourselves. Upon arrival we decided to have a drink in the bar it was a bit small but the bar was stacked with booze. We waited for a table but it wasn't too long. We ordered entrees and garlic breads followed by the seafood platter for 2. Talk about value for money it was stacked and we could hardly finish it between 4 of us. Well Done.

My god, I cannot believe the inconsistency of this place. Good/Bad food. I lost my paper menu so was ordering over the phone with their online menu but hey were different so the wrong pizza came on 2 occasions. When I rang tonight to advise them the pizza was wrong they only would argue with me, and when a replacement was sent, again, it was the wrong one, and of a far lesser value.

How nice, they even gave me a paper menu. It is now in the bin. Never Again. Just like reviewers below, these guys have had too many chances. I have just read miffs comments down further, and I think I also got the same 'lunch meat' pizzza. These guys are truly creeps.

We have also had the best and worst pizza's from Big Johns at Bondi. About 2 years ago something happened. The pizza is disgusting. Unfortunately, we keep giving them another chance, and yet each time we wish we hadn't. Don't do it!
