I ordered take out from this restaurant on a recent trip to Sydney. The delivery guy went to the wrong address so when the food arrived it was cold. And I got the wrong order. I called to explain and fully expected a replacement so was quite surprised when the guy on the phone said "what do you expect me to do about it?" ... cutting a long story short he refused to give me the correct order and hung up the phone! Seriously the worst service ever. And when I wake up the next morning I fell ill. My worst dining experience ever.

I ordered a chicken pad thai dish - takeaway. It took them less than 5 minutes to make the dish, which would have been alright if it were cooked like a pad thai. Unfortunately the noodles and chicken were bright red in colour and it tasted like it was drenched in tomato sauce. I've had pad thai from other thai restaurants and never has it been red in colour nor tasted like tomato sauce... Am extremely unpleasant meal.

Usually have lunch here when I am alone as it is really cheap and since live around this area. Quantity is enough for a big meal. The green curry is the best with fresh vegies like beans etc.

The food is fresh and delicious. Some of the waitresses are really good. Not all. The language barrier can cause problems if you don't take the time to ensure the order is correct. Sometimes you still end up with the wrong thing or an ingredient you specifically asked to be excluded. Make sure the waitstaff understand what it is you want and then take the time to confirm.

The food is worth the trouble. Lunch is good value but dinner is the same food in pretty much the same portions for more money. I like this place for lunch. Food is quick, hot, tasty and reasonably priced.

Great take away Thai food, large portion meals, the waitress and chefs are extremely quick and friendly.

Big thai is the kinda place you go for a quick lunch the service ain't the best. The food can be great at times and other times you just end up with the wrong dish all together! I do believe that the food taste changes depending upon which chef make your dish.

This is some of the best Thai around. We have a such a huge selection but we keep coming back. Great takeaway also.

Visiting from the US and found this place by accident. Food is excellent, best I've run across anywhere outside of Thailand. Friendly staff. Good size portions to cost ratio. Everything clean and neat.
