I really like this place. The service can be a little slow but the views and atmosphere more than make up for it. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty and perfectly-sized for me, and I like the attention to detail like serving boards and paper wraps around the sandwiches.

I work close by and love stopping by here to grab coffee in the afternoons, but I think the quality of your coffee and level of customer service displayed totally depends on who serves you. I've had some terribly rude service here (they stuffed up my order and got quite defensive when I pointed it out, I ended up taking what they'd made and walking out because it wasn't worth the dispute) but then I've also had some great, friendly service where nothing is too much trouble.

The coffees are a little hit and miss, some days its great (which is what keeps me coming back) and some days it tastes like dishwater. They do get busy and are prone to muddling orders but I'll keep coming back in hope of getting good service and a good coffee, because when they're good, they're Really good.
