I visited the BHH with my cousin on a quiet weekday a couple of weeks ago. The staff on entry were very friendly and happy and the layout is nice and spacious.

For a hotel/pub the food is what you would expect, nothing gourmet but we were both relatively happy with our meals, although my steak was medium to well done instead of medium rare as I had requested and they gave me chips when I asked for vegetables.

The drink prices are also reasonable and on the night we went there weren't many people so we could have a conversation without screaming over anyone.
Overall the atmosphere, food and feel was pleasant and I'll definitely be returning.

Four of us walked in to be greeted by friendly staff. We were admitted a table and ordered drinks and a serve of garlic bread. About half an hour after devouring our entree and ordering mains, we waited and watched as fellow customers who had arrived after us started receiving their meals. We had to ask our kind waiter if our food was soon to be delivered. Confused, unresponsive and without returning, we started to lose our patience as we sat in hunger for yet another fifteen [or so] minutes. Our food finally arrived.

One of us had a meat dish which was received cold. Another ordered dips and bread. One of the dips plated was frozen with an unkind layer of thick residue. My plate was a pasta dish. Thick, anonymous blobs accompanied the dish in strange proportions (this was not cheese, cream or yoghurt). A very disappointing outing; I won't be returning to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Friendly staff, the Thai beef salad was spot on. One of the better options of a local in this area. Nice atmosphere on friday and saturday nights and the DJ played some great tunes. Good night.

This place is most disappointing. Whilst it is a nice looking hotel, the food here is just not worth it. We went here in a group and most people were unimpressed with their meals. My rump that was meant to be medium-well but it was so incredibly tough that I struggled to cut through it. My chips had way too much salt that I could hear my arteries clogging as I ate them. My dessert of panacotta was probably amongst the worst that I have had in a very long time. The tinned mango puree on the top just made it horrible.

The presentation of the food was okay but the taste left a lot to be desired. They forgot the meal of one of the people at our table so that they had to wait whilst everyone else was eating. I will not be returning here to eat ever if I am able to help it.

Waited quite a while for ribs to come out and were dry, so I asked them for some BBQ sauce to try to make them more edible. $6.00 kids meal was good value for a drink steak and chips and some ice cream. It is typical pub food, but quite nice inside. Won't be in a hurry to rush back.

Waited an hour for my food, ended up loosing too much money on the pokkie paid $400 for a burger all up gambling and food don't match.

Having dinner with a girlfriend last night sadly ended badly when only 1 meal came out and when asking about the other, the waitress rudely informed us only 1 was ordered! Correcting your error would be most waitresses main aim but not here. She argued the point loudly insisting we only ordered 1, strange when 2 people are sitting at a table? Prawn stir fry was nice but do yourself a favour & avoid the place.

Waited 45 minutes for food which didn't arrive, and walked out. Kitchen staff wasn't interested, just wanted to argue. Wait staff were no help. No apologies. Nothing. Just pathetic. Nothing more to add.

For a pub this is a great place to eat at. The food was quite nice, although the ribs were a bit on the burnt side. The service is what you'd expect for a pub i.e. get your own drinks. Wouldn't say no to going back there again.
