Best satay sauce in Sydney. I love eating at this cheap and cheerful Thai as the food is some of the best Thai in Sydney and yet is as cheap as chips.

Had lovely chicken satay skewers entree both times I have eaten food there. Great service both eat in and takeaway. Lunch menu was alot cheaper and better value for $ than takeaway after 5 pm.

Food was bland and tasteless. When we complained to management and gave them the option to rectify. Their response was "that's what you ordered, that's the dish". Yes, it's cheap but I rather pay more and actually be able to taste my food!
Don't eat here if you're a lover of Thai food.

Good food, shame about appalling service and bad management. Our evening was ruined by inconsiderate people at next table smoking while we were eating (blowing straight into our faces). When we spoke to the senior staff he refused to do anything about it, shameful really, so I can only recommend if you are a smoker and happy to be crammed into a small space with other smokers while you eat - yukk! Even the smokers dining with us were disgusted by the management's attitude to a terrible situation. There are too many other great thai places without the smoke and the disappointing service.

I dine here for lunch quite regularly due to their lunch special. Busy at lunch time and service can be a little slow, not the place to go for a quick lunch, but the food for most parts is worth the wait. Some dishes can be a little oily, but most are very fresh and tasty. PS there is a little courtyard hiding out the back! gets you away from street noise!

I am a regular patient at St Vincents hospital and this restaurant is what I look forward to whenever I have an appointment. I started eating this food when I had major surgery and my parents were sneaking off to eat it every lunch break. I now go there everytime I am in hospital or in the area. Food is authentic and beautiful, full of flavour and lovely tastes. The staff are nice to me and always have a smile.

The value is amazing with their specials at lunch time till 4 pm. The atmosphere is very noisey and busy around lunch time because it is such a small area to eat in but I prefer to take it over to the park opposite vinnies to eat it in peace with my friends.

This place is really good value for a quick lunch. Yes, the service can be a bit slow at lunch time, and it's not exactly a fine diner. The food can be a bit oily, (if that worries you, go for a stir fry with rice instead of the noodle dishes) but it's consistently tasty, not at all expensive, and the servings are massive.

If you like your food laden with oil then this is place for you! The dishes that are not full of oil are bland to say the least. Service is minimal and rude and for just a smidge more you can eat better food with much better service and ambience next door at Dragon Den. I think they should review their name Best Thai.

Went there for lunch with a colleague... waited, waited... looked at the waitress, she just looked back, we asked for some water please - she gestured towards the fridge before huffingly bringing us some.

We finally stood up went to the counter to order - the food came out (quickly enough), it was bland and dry. It was inexpensive. I have to say that having tried many other Thai places... Best Thai is most definitely the worst I have had. How it has gotten the votes it has is beyond me from that one experience. I guess I must have hit them on an off day.

Food was great, as was the service. My friends and I were on a tight schedule, and the waiter was more than happy to help us. Within 5 minutes of ordering, our food was delivered to our table, piping hot and full of flavour.

Great value for money - we will definitely be back.
