First and last time diners as we were extremely disappointed with the food. Ordered two kids meals (chicken and calamari were both dry) my veal did not taste tender as it was also tough and dry and the mash that came along side it was dry and lumpy. My husbands t-bone was below average, ordered medium well arrived charcoal and not to taste! Never complain about food but tonight was really not worth the effort in going out to dine. Not worth the money we paid!

Bellissimo used to be a good place to dine back at the old location. Personal faves were the siciliana pizza and the chicken boscaiola. The food is now sub-standard and overpriced for what you get. Pizza toppings are lazy and inconsistent. I recently had a siciliana and the pepperoni was piled in stacks at the centre of the pizza instead of being thinly spread across the whole base. I have taken my girlfriend to eat at bellissimo a number of times and she was terribly disappointed. So was I.

I come here often with my friend. I find this place to have a very warm and cosy feeling. The ambience is great, the staffs are very friendly and the food are fantastic. I particularly like their 'chicken schnitzel parmigiana'. I tend to order it exclusively every time I dine at Bellissimo. Their 'bellissimo' wood fire pizza is also very tasty too.

I think that Bellissimo’s has had a bad wrap on this website, I don’t understand the bad reviews. My advice would be to go and give them a go! We constantly dine there and we have always found the food and service great. As a group we visit different restaurants and Bellissimo’s has by far been the best… so we constantly end up back there.

It’s a shame that most people only post reviews to complain about restaurants because I am quite sure there are a lot of people who have had a great experience like we have, and this must by why they are constantly busy when we are there !

When the place was at the old location, it was great. Ambience was better. Listening to the pizza chef sing at the top of his lungs always put a smile on my face. Food was great. Recently went to the Golf Club to eat here and found the staff rude, the food not nearly as good and it was poker night at the Golf Club, so it was packed full and the wait was too long.

Move back to the old location guys, your establishment was worth the drive from Gladesville back then.

I was recomended to try this restaurant by many a person, to my surprise, the horror started from the moment we walked in the door the family and I stood around waiting to be noticed which felt like eternity. The grumpy waitress who finally noticed us said "table for 5" before I could reply she pointed to a table and then walked away. I did not realise I had to place my order at the front desk as a few other people were doing. I then heard a fairly large aggressive looking guy yelling at the top of his lungs I quote "get your arse here now ", to the waitress who was taking my order.

My famiy and I felt so uncomfortable that we ate our diner and rushed out the (also the pizza was burnt). If you love the zoo with all the animals roaming come eat here as for me never again, not recommended.

We have been to Belissimos a number of times and it has been consistently good. The move to the Golf club is good one so there is lots of parking and a fair ambience and most importantly reasonable club prices for drinks!

The food is all good, we have never had a bad feed here, the best part is that very reasonable prices for good high quality Italian food. Not sure about the very loud grotty looking senior staff that comes around the tables (who is also the cook I think?) but over all a great place for a quick informal meal. Go for it!

The food quality is not so great, the service and ambience are quite poor, I will not be dining here ever again. It was alot better when it was at the old premises.

The food was quite ordinary for wood fire pizza. The ambience was okay, considering it is in a golf club. The value for money is reasonable. However, they have very poor service. I went for dinner with my parents and little sister. We ordered a couple of pizzas and the children's meal which comes with complimentary drink. We asked about it as well and the waitress said sure, "what drink did you want?".

Anyway, when all the food came out, we didn't receive the drink so we asked about it. The waitress just said that because my sister didn't look under 12 years they didn't give her one. They didn't inform us about it prior, nor was in the stated in the menu. It was the way she said as well. It was just rude. And to top it all off, they over charged us as well. Not a happy customer. Not going back.
