Had lunch here today, calamari then beef fillet. It couldn't have been better. Well worth viisting. I will be back.

A pleasant meal, with good service, fairly priced, tables are a good size so you don't feel cramped at the table, and they're spaced enough so you don't feel crammed in. The only negative is the wine list is limited.

Enjoyed NYE here with a set menu, 3 courses for $75 which I thought was great value. Everyone at the table seemed happy with their dishes, standouts were the zucchini flower entree and the steak mains. My steak was a little undercooked but it didn't worry me. Desserts were all delicious.

Only complaint was the desserts were practically on the table before we'd finished our mains, but it was NYE. Overall a very nice night, would go back to try their regular, more Italian menu.

First time here, had a sneaky mid week meal with my husband. Wow! That just about sums it up. Veal amazing, prawns in the hot pot, addictive. Was absolutely blown away with the Walter Shiraz and Cab. Had such a fun night, service brilliant. Atmosphere cosy and winter perfect. Will be back very soon, all I can think about it the amazing garlic prawns. Great work guys, and big thank you to the fabulous waitstaff!

Went to Bella Costa for dinner on Saturday 2 July. The welcome was warm and friendly, table good. The service was spot on, friendly but not obtrusive. When the food came, we were more than pleasantly surprised. An entree of calamari with citrus aoli was a treat, hood and tentacles in the lightest crumb, superb. Garlic prawns excellent with artichoke hearts and fresh baby tomatoes. Mains were just as FAB, perfect fillet steak (a little large, bot who's complaining!) and veal funghi. Delicious coffee to complete the meal. Well done chef and staff, we'll be back.

Went here with my husband after hearing that menu had changed. The food was way below average and the service woeful, second glass of wine not forthcoming at all! Not even the cheapest special in Cronulla would entice me to visit again.

Went to bella costa for dinner on a Friday night, took over 1 hour for mains (pasta) which was average, the management seems to be trying hard, maybe short staffed or untrained staff, disappointed considering they promote the chef as having 25 years experience in the business. Value is good for cronulla and I guess for that i will be back when hopefully the waitstaff are trained!

My friends and I came for dinner last night and having been here before were impressed with the new menu. The food was delicious however took awhile to arrive. What disappointed our night was the tense atmosphere amongst the staff which appeared to make other customers just as uncomfortable. Management appeared to be flustered and our attentive waitresses appeared to becoming more distressed as the night progressed. Having visited this restaurant during a week day I can vouch the food and service is fantastic. Whilst management approached us and explained our food delay I was surprised at the lack of professionalism displayed throughout the conversation. The wait staff took great care of us and I thank them for a wonderful evening.

Had lunch here last Sunday. The food was excellent - most of us ordered from the new lunch menu and all commented on the fantastic quality. Moreover, thank you to the staff who extended unbelievable compassion and friendly service to us and our elderly parents celebrating their anniversary. Our Dad left Bella Costa a different man! Watch out guys he just may return for you to refill those cups! Highly recommended restaurant for food and service and in fact our neighbours have already planned to be there next Sunday for their anniversary! Thank you, thank you!
