Someone please do something with the managment!!! Rude, rude, rude waiter staff made that many mistakes with our food order we nearly left. Good that we didn't because the food is actually very good.
Good food, love the Souvlaki special - always get it! Great value for money and the portions are ginormous but in all honesty, there's some issue in brighton with the lack of good service, I don't know what it is, it's so disappointing how they just don't give a rats a$$ about their customers... I have hope that they'll change one day but every time I'm left disillusioned.
Anyways they offer a great menu from snacks to mains and over the top delicious desserts that are a must!
Who knows maybe you'll be lucky and score a friendly/ considerate waiter.. here's to hoping!

Where do we start? From the rude staff, incapable of grasping the singular concept of a coffee order. Obnoxious, rude and great skills on sarcasm, tabasco sauce in my freddo on 3 occasions but yet again I was called a difficult customer(?).
Quiet when we went there but yet again tables were reserved for the phantom diner which at this point I'd like to add that I tried to book earlier and they told me they don't accept bookings, only walk-ins, but Reserved.
Since the menu has changed the food is exceptionally better, congrats to chef which I think is Bill. Most floor staff are inexperienced so the expectations are not high but some of them are diligent. Re-shuffle management recommended, chef: Legend.
Went for dinner must admit not that busy and was hard to get the waitress to come take our order due to important conversation at the bar but we finally got to order and being an old comer the food and menu spun me out. I thought wow. The food came out quite quick and I must admit I never expected the quality from here. And yes I had the souvlaki and mine was perfect . Well done to the new chef.
Very poor food, very poor service. Had to ask three times for drinks, and the place was almost empty. The souvlakis were rubbery and tasteless, waitress said, this was due to them not being made on the premises and bought in bulk. Her honesty was much appreciated.
Many years ago, this was quite good. Now it's just another Brighton kiddies hangout. If you like loud doof doof and icecream, this is the place for you.
Lunched here recently on a weekday (cafe only a quarter full) food was fresh and flavoursome, service friendly but could have been a little more attentive towards the end as staff were just hanging around and it still took forever to order coffees and then ask for the bill. Overall fairly pleasant, would try again.
I always find myself coming back here, for the diverse selection on the menu to cater for everyone, and the late closing times. The large meal sizes always satisfy.
The venue is very loud at times, with the music and cramped uncomfortable dining. I leave when I don’t want to have a yelling conversation any more.
Went here on a busy Friday night, and it was only 5mins to receive my delicious humongous dessert, rather than the usual 30mins that I have experienced over the past 2 years of going here. I was happy, even though the order was slightly incorrect.
