I made a work group booking and everyone seemed really pleased with their food. The menu is very varied and some of the dishes sound great, so I'm definitely coming back to try the crab cake and steak. It is very good value for the quality and the CBD location.
My only gripe is that I was phoned to see what time we were coming so that our pre-ordered food could be there 15 mins after we arrived. We arrived on time, but our food did not arrive for about 40 mins. Also, the staff are not friendly at all. They appear very harried and could really try to smile a bit and appear welcoming. I didn't give a tip because of this and they seemed really annoyed about it. But guys - with a smile and a couple of friendly words, I would have tipped you at least 10% of our large order!
Another minor thing is that my corn cake with coriander was a bit bland. I couldn't taste any coriander at all. But these things aside, I would still recommend this place to anyone.

Great little spot for good food - the coffee however needs work. The staff are overworked and look very stressed.

Went here for lunch using the Entertainment book voucher. Tucked away off the street in amongst a big office complex. You would never see it from the street front. Quiet and pleasant. Mainly well dressed office workers. Enjoyable. Will eat here again when in the city.

Had work lunch here and I like this place. Food was high quality, I got the chicken sandwich and that was huge and had chips on the side which I couldn't finish! Nice quiet place to have a nice chat ....even better when you have the entertainment book to save (worked out to be $13/head).

Been here a couple of times now and I quite like it. Its quiet and the food is enjoyable. With mid-range prices, the food is of a high quality, although the serves could be a little bigger. Service is decent also but nothing special. A good quiet place, that has some tasty dishes.

Liked the food, the artichoke soup was really good. Corn cakes and smoked salmon went well. Good coffee and the staff was friendly.

The last time I lunched here was nearly a year ago and although I enjoyed the food, the service was rather slow. This time I am pleasantly surprised, the food is better than I remembered and it did not seem like a long wait despite the full house. Ideal location for business lunches and I was told they cater too, will definitely return more often.

The food is excellent - with a good range depending on whether you want a quick, light lunch or something more substantial. I love the feel of this place as well - busy and happy and everything so well presented without being pretentious.

Had lunch here during the week and it was fantastic. Even though it was really busy I was impressed with the smooth service and very friendly atmosphere. I had the duck salad which I loved and the price was relative to the portions, I will definitely come back!
