I've never had a worse dining experience, my boyfriend and I went for the first time and although being seated quickly, we were packed onto a tiny table with barely any space to move. My Boyfriend entree took an hour and a half to come with minimal cooking and the portions were tiny. His main came shortly after but after a further 10 minute wait, my main still had not arrived (consisting of mostly vegetables, there was no excuse for a lengthened cooking period).

When we asked if it was on its way, the puzzled waitress walked away without responding and 10 minutes later my main still had not arrived. We left, refusing to pay. I will never go back there.

Went there for the first time tonight. Arrived to an almost empty restaurant and were 'greeted' coldly (grunted at) by the head waitress who pointed at our unset table. After setting our own table we ordered our entrees and mains.

Entrees were nothing more than heated frozen food. Mains were pleasant enough but did not warrant the $20+ price tag. Service continued terribly until we left. The highlight of the evening was settling the bill, we said thank you to the young girl at the entrance but wondered what for and obviously did not receive a response. No tip was given not that it would have been appreciated. Won't be going back.

Booked in as party of ten, service was terrible. Our order was taken, one person got a starter then then came back ten mins later to ask us if we wanted to order! We all left feeling hungry after getting the banquet! Do not go here. Also sent them an email to give them a chance to rectify before posting a negative review-never heard anything back!!! Go to Papaya in Cremorne or Cammeray-sister restaurant to this place but miles better! We were squished in like sardines too!

This was a really disappointing meal. Bland food with all the curries we ordered tasting the same even though they were meant to be different. Thai food at its worst, that sat in my stomach like a lump all night. The service was shocking. The waitress barked orders at us and the kitchen staff seemed to be having arguments with the wait staff. I would never go back. The curry tastes like boiled chicken sitting in warmed up coconut milk. Yuck!

We live around the area so come here often. The food is amazing but service can be poor when it gets busy. Highly recommended for the food though!

Well, disappointed with the Service. Booked table 4 days in advance , arrived and sat a table specified, however, 35 minutes passed before any staff came up and presented us with water, then took our order, Entree arrived 58 minutes after we sat down at our table. Main course followed, and because we had waited so long we bought another bottle of wine across the street at BWS. After our meal we decided to leave and got up and paid the bill to which they had the audacity to charge 2 times corkage when we only bought the 2nd bottle of wine because of the terrible service of waiting do long. I will not be going back and prefer to dine at Stir crazy because we least are notice and get served!

Service is typical for a Thai restaurant. They do turn the tables over in this place and stuff way too many into the small space so it is crowded and loud. But the food is very good, the decor is classy and the food is great. This is one of our regular haunts when we don't feel like cooking.

We're regulars now after trying this restaurant recently. The food is delicious. Fat noodles, corn fritters, beef skewers, all excellent. Can't wait to try more! plus they look after the kid also. It is busy but it's a good buzzy ambience thats fun and kaotic. Service is hot n cold but the staff are working like crazy to get everyone sorted and fed.

Well I strongly disagree with this negative review. I think it's one of the best Thai restaurant I have been to and the head waitress DIP, I remember her name because she was so good and polite compare to all the other staff. She gave us best table even when we did not call to make a booking and arrived there with few guests with me. Hence Bangkok Sidewalk.. I'm one very happy customer of yours and will be returning very soon. The food was very good but the only negative was that the Pad Thai serving is very small other than that - in summary it was a place of great service, good value and very tasty Thai food.

I use to love the food in this place. Service has always been disappointing, the same head waitress has been working here from day 1, anyway, now the food is as disappointing as the service, what a shame.
