The food was basic and tasteless, the staff untrained and unhelpful. After the inquisition upon arrival I expected better and won't waste my money there again.

It's an RSL right... but the food is great. The decor is great and it's not what you expect. Have eaten here more than a few times, terrific value and a great unpretentious place.
