Stag was the last stop of our national tour in July. Meals at Stag were the best among our tour. While arriving on Sat evening, most of us ordered chicken parmigiana from their specials for around $15. Well presented and delicious. We went back on Sunday for lunch. Some ordered their Thai curry massaman beef and prawn laska noodle. All good. I had a chicken schnitzel with salad and chips for less than $10 and it was yummy. A big thank you to their kitchen staff. If you have a gig at Stag have a meal there as well. It is more than pub food.

The atmosphere of the pub is good. Family friendly. The pub food is also good. A lot of variety. We enjoyed chicken schnitzel and steak burger which was generous size. The price is very reasonable. All meals are less than $10. Strongly recommended for family.

One of our favourites. Drinks & food are reasonably priced. Burgers are great, served with lots of salad & great chips. Steaks are huge. Straight forward menu, a good example of a pub keeping it simple & doing what they do well.
