I went to this restaurant on a double date, because of the good reviews it has been receiving and It came out as quite disappointing.

Between the four of us we had 2 entrees and four mains, the portions were small and there were sauces missing from the Korean BBQ which are present in other restaurants. The food and marinade was fairly average. The sizes of the food was a bit strange, the pork belly we ordered came in big chunks rather than thinly sliced, which didn't really affect the taste.

Service was good, very attentive. A big disappointment was when the bill came, GST isn't added in the menu. So you end up paying ten percent more than what you'd expect.

Will not come here again, there are better Korean restaurants within five minutes drive.

This place sells one of the best stone bimibaps in Sydney. Only thing wrong is, like all BBQ places, your clothes tend to smell at the end of your dining experience.

I eat alot of Korean and I am sorry to say the food was terrible I have only moved to the area so it is a shame, portion sizes are poor as well big dollars but for not much return would not recommend.

The portion sizes are not great but the novelty of the BBQ and the fact that children are not out of place makes up for that. We always have had pleasant, fast service which is important when trying to contain little people.

Came here for dinner, nice decor although their door did not shut properly so we got a gust of cold air every time someone came in/went out. The food is alright, the bulgogi beef and spicy chicken BBQ was nice as were the potato noodles.
There are better Korean places elsewhere but this is an okay place if you live nearby. I probably wouldn't drive out just to eat here.

Went here recently for a different food experience and had the BBQ. Huge servings with lots of sides. Waiter was helpful in showing how to use the BBQ - shame they were very limited in their English abilities however. Some menu items are expensive however the experience compensates for this. Nice decor. Owner could be a bit more friendly - all she wanted was the money and not very happy when the Entertainment Voucher was presented.

Decided to try out Bakehouse after reading some positive reviews. Big mistake.
Now, I'm not usually one to complain after a poor dining experience, however, this has got to be the absolutely lowest of the lowest experiences that I've had in all my culinary adventures (I dine out at least two to three times a week).

Food - Absolutely horrendous: pitiful portions, dreadfully woeful taste, bring your own sauce. Service - Atrocious: waiters forgetting our order then having to wait another 40 minutes for the order to arrive, only to be given a completely different order. To make matters worse the waiter even had the audacity to argue back that he had received the order correctly.

Value - Non existent: For the food that they bring out, they should be paying me to eat it. Amazingly they charge more than what other higher quality korean restaurants charge. Will I return again: If someone broke my legs and carried me there. Short answer - No.

Thank you Bakehouse for showing us that there can be new lows to customer service and disgusting food. Not sure who they have making and serving the food but it looks like a nearby circus may have some clowns missing. Conclusion - Stay away at all costs.

Servings are small for price. Food isn't great either. Dismal service! You need to wave for a waiter at least 5 times to get any service. And then they bring out the wrong food! Absolutely do not recommend! Will never go back again.

I am a huge fan of korean food but this place is both overpriced and dull. The meat served was not fresh at all. It looked like it had been in the freezer for at least a couple of months. Service was an absolute shocker. Firstly, the senior staff refused to accept our entertainment book voucher for not apparent reason. Secondly, the waitresses were non responsive and mucked up our order. Twice! Unbelievable. If you want to enjoy a real korean food experience, suggest you go to Eastwood!

Never going back there again. This place does not qualify as a restaurant. The nerve of trying to bring out defrosted meat and try to pass it as fresh!
