Going due to receiving an Ouffer voucher, I was pleasantly surprised. My therapist was amazing, she read my back like a book and my massage was amazing. I am not a huge fan of facials as I hate people playing with my face but this was nice, there was not carrying on. I felt refreshed and wonderful after the experience. Definitely a place to go back!

Amazing place! The massage I had was top class and I was treated like a v.i.p throughout! After my massage I had a hair cut and was very impressed with my new style. Staff were great and owners very friendly to the customers. Overall it was a great experience I look forward to repeating!

I also bought a deal from Spreets last year but used my voucher only recently. I had a wonderful time. The Spa is in the old 'W' Hotel and used to be called Spa Chakra. Anyway, the young girl who did my beauty treatments was very friendly and professional and I found the staff overall very welcoming.

For a little extra I received a really good haircut which I am still happy with a few weeks later and hair treatment as well as product recommendations. I received all the services listed in the voucher as when I first arrived I was told what I would be receiving. However, I will say that it is expensive and I am really glad I didn't have to pay the full price.

I purchased a deal from spreets to this spa recently. The deal sounded amazing, but the real experience was rather poor. The facial was pretty much a simple wash, followed by a quick steam (the steamer was broken, so I was moved to a different room and then things still weren't working), followed by a quick mask. When I came out, I saw that my face still had traces of mask. When I got home and saw myself in the light of my bathroom, I realised that most of my face had lots of white spots, the mask was not washed off properly!

I also had my hair washed and blow dried there. The whole experience was not good, and the blow dry only lasted an hour. I was very disappointed! The spa is located in such a beautiful place and the advertisement was great. The quality of their services are very poor though. On top of that, I did not get all the services that were listed as a part of the deal and instead of 2.5 hrs, didn't even get 2 hrs!
