Had $45 Sunday seafood buffet. Refused to accept Entertainment Card for 25% off, even though under the Rules of Use, they must accept the card. Staff was very rude and raised his voice intimidating us.

Never going to this restaurant again, as they mislead and deceive customers.
Anyway, cold food was nice, not much choice though. Hot food was not that great, also not much choice.

Had the $45 Sunday seafood buffet lunch at Atlantis 30 October. Service very good with attentive staff. Whole experience great value for money. The crab, fish, oysters, mussels, calamari, octopus, salads were all fine. Chicken and beef were also available but we ran out of room. Lunchtime ambience was pretty quiet but would be better at night. Seems underrated by some other reviewers. Will definitely go back another time.

Worst seafood I have eaten is Sydney, bland boring and portions are tiny , the steak was supposed to be 450 grams but in reality was closer to 250 and a burnt offering, the handcut chips (all four of them) were still raw, asked for the bread we had ordered at least 4 times and by the end of the meal it still had not arrived, reading the other reviews on the site and wondering if we were at the same restaurant? Did not bother with dessert as the night was ruined by lack of service and poor food, never again .

As a local leaving in North Ryde I always heard about Atlantis being one of the best seafood restaurants around but never had the opportunity to dine there. I decided to take my girlfriend there for Valentines and it was the best decision I have made. We end up having the seafood platter even though the menu had plenty of choices for seafood and non seafood dishes . The platter was good value for money and the freshest of seafood with a very nice variety of cold & hot grilled seafood. The staff were very attentive and professional which is always a concern when you dine out on a special night. I highly recommend Atlantis and we will certainly go back to try other dishes if we can resist having the seafood platter again. GCollins.

We went for the Sunday seafood buffet and had the nicest and freshest seafood. The oysters and crab were my favourites but nothing disappointed us food wise. Save room for the desserts. Wine is way too expensive, beer ok. The waiter tried to tell us that we had to pay an extra $20 which would include a half lobster mornay. We pointed out that it was a choice not mandatory and he backed off quickly and politely.

Most other diners were having the lobster which looked good but would obviously stop you from enjoying all of the buffet goodies. Smoked salmon and mussels were really good. They were not happy when we handed over our Entertainment cards for a 25% discount claiming that they were not valid for the buffet. As I had read the entertainment book before arriving I knew that that there was no mention of this in the conditions.

Once again this was handled well by Atlantis. We will be back if it stays at $45 as all six of us really thought it was great value and food.

Atlantis! I went here for the greek night and was surprised when I walked in to attentive service and great traditional greek music, the food was to die for! The lamb kleftiko was so tender and tasty! I'll be back for sure.

Not much to say about the food, ambience and service apart from being very ordinary. We used the entertainment card but only found out later that we got $40 discount instead of the $50 stated. For dessert, some of us ordered souffle and the waitress said we wont be disappointed. We were shocked to find that it was more like fondant than souffle as we knew it.

We had a coupon behind a wooles docket for buy one get one free Atlantis Mixed Sushi plate $22, the condition is that it's not valid with other offers/one offer redeemable per docket, and the expiry date is 19/5/2010.

We went today (16/5/2010) and they said it's only valid on week days and refused to honour the coupon. So we just left.
