It's my first visiting this restaurant. The service was so good and the food was excellent. Food is freshly made and taste so delicious. I had the best sushi there for example tiger roll and volcano roll. I highly recommend this restaurant! If I have another time to visit I really want to go back there and eat my favourite sushi rolls.

It's second time visiting this restaurant. I think they need more level of customer service. I ordered seafood pot but there was no crab in it. Just said sorry not to put crab bcuz of run out of it. I think they should ask if it is ok without crab before it was served. I'm really disappointed again about service and food.

Tonight we returned for the 4th time expecting all the great things that we have experienced before but we bitterly disappointed! The service was dismal the Gyoza we ordered were little chunky dry nuggets and when I complained about the Gyoza and asked them to be removed from the bill the up start of a waiter argued with me!

I'm sure this what once was a great little eatery has changed hands and I will never be going back. I don't mind the bench seating and drinking my coke from the can but when the service and food is terrible it, unfortunately, spoils your experience!

Bit of a disappointment compared to similar places around Sydney. Food quality was good but let down by sloppy service, our meals arrived 20 minutes apart so my (hot) dish was cold by the time my partner's food arrived. Waitress did apologise for the long delay.

Ambience isn't really a factor in a corner site with windows all around, even the best furniture and lighting cannot compensate for the fish bowl effect.
Definitely overpriced, actually surprised by the prices compared to the likes of Kura (Pyrmont) or Suma (Surry Hills) which are actually cheaper on like-for-like despite better location.

We had: Agedashi Tofu - average. Spicy Pork/Squid - bit above average. Special Bento - average.

This is a work favourite. It has the best sushi range I've ever seen. Food is always fresh and delicious. Our favourite are the volcano rolls and grilled scallop sushi.

We are regulars and go at least twice a week for lunch. Love the food, great value for money and always have our favourites on the train chew chew.

Came here with my boyfriend for the first time on new years eve. As a Parramatta resident, I normally don't come to this side of town because it's a bit of a walk from the city centre but so glad I did.

In any case, you can take the free shuttle bus to the wharf and it's pretty close to that bus stop (which is what we did after being stuffed from our meal). Had a small sushi and sashimi platter, seafood pancake, chicken katsu don and tempura udon. The sushi and sashimi platter was heaven on a plate. Salmon sashimi was fresh and servings were generous. Salmon and avocado sushi just melted in your mouth, so so good. And they had proper wasabi, not just the stuff you squeeze out of a tube.

As for the pancake, they were generous with the japanese mayo and sauce and it was just delicious. Tempura udon was good, reasonably priced at just $8.50 - not too salty like others I've had. Boyfriend had the chicken katsu don and cleaned it up. The restaurant stocked all sorts of Japanese and Korean alcohol, we had the Sapporo and Kiri. Not a big fan of Sapporo but Kiri was much lighter and nicer. Highly highly recommended!!

Have not eaten in at Asadal as yet but am very keen to. Have ordered takeaway Sushi many times and it never fails to be delicious! The team there are always prompt with service and go out of their way to go the extra mile. Highly recommend it!

I've been there a few times and I find that the value is great. I went there just last night and we ordered a table full of food and the bill came to $54 between four of us. Service is great, staff are very friendly and prompt, with the food coming out quite quickly. The only negative thing I have to say is that they don't seem to clean tables properly and I also found many food stains on the menu.

I've been here a number of times now and have always enjoyed their food. The only real complaint I have is that they do not seem to cope with the lunch time rush towards the end of the week. Most recently I ordered take away Bibimbap and was disappointed to find no egg included. I also noticed that day that a lot of people were asking where their meals were, and that there was hardly any dishes on the sushi train so lunch time eaters were left sitting there with no choices. They need to cater for more staff, other than that, good quality fresh food.
