I absolutely love going to Arun Thai. It has beautiful food (if perhaps just a little too on the sweet side sometimes), the service is unobtrusive and the ambience is amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience Thai at it's best.

Had a booking for 30 ppl last week, the food was excellent,really authentic flavors. We especially loved the noodle and soft shell crab. Everyone left feeeling satisfied and said they'll come back. We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was packed, so service was a little slow BUT we weren't in any rush. Kham as usual was an excellent host.

This place is a must for the food and the service. Kham and his team really are legendary in Sydney and the food is to-die-for. Go for it, have some time to spare and soak it all up. This is a special place, so make it a big night out. Kham and his staff will help you traverse off the menu for really authentic and exciting special tastes. Next time you go back you are likely to be recognised and Kham normally remembers the sort of food you like. It’s quite amazing.

Really enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. Serving sizes were good and the flavours authentic. Service was great, I had prebooked a table which they hadn't set aside but worked very quickly to fix it.
Attentive throughout without being intrusive. Not unduly expensive - 2 of us had 4 dishes (we got greedy and couldn't finish it all) plus a bottle of wine came to just under $140. Highly recommended - will definitely go again.

No doubt one of the more classy and tasty Thai restaurants in Sydney. Ambience is 'luxurious' for a Thai restaurant and surely fit for a 'special occasion' and the chef backs it up with some yummy dishes. 'Gambled' on the veggie bean curd appetizers and came up a winner, they were superb, as was the whole snapper in tamarind sauce. The king garlic prawns were also faultless...just like the restaurant, dinner for 2 with 2 glasses of wine came to $90, maybe not cheap for Thai, but well worth it..

Brought GF along for her birthday, had a fantastic meal. Great location. Exquisite lank shank curry along with my gf favourit pad thai. Will definitely be back.

Cannot fault this eatery in any way. The service is excellent, the food is delicious and well worth the prices charged. Have eaten at both the restaurant and used their takeaway service, and they are both fantastic. The takeaway is on a par with the restaurant so you can eat in the comfort of your own home and not miss out on the flavour of your food. Definitely recommend!
