Owner Mohamad Zouhour set out to create a modern Lebanese restaurant and insisted his diners at Arabella would leave saying -that was beautiful-.

Very below average food, been to much better lebanese restaurants in the area. Staff was very rude for no reason as we were all nice to them and it was very overpriced for the amount of food they gave us and the quality.

Food was great, service was complete disappointment. Waitresses didn't speak a word of english (as we were told by the waiters). Waiters were arrogant and had an attitude problem, then they tried to overcharge us an extra person on the banquet and were told if we didn't pay it then we will be charged corkage per person even the website clearly says they don't charge corkage, finally the waiter deducted the extra charge, never going back there again! Too much drama.

Ate here recently with a group of friends, food was nice, however, portions were small for what you pay. $9 - 12 bucks for each small bowl of dip. Very hard to get the waiters attention, and I had to ask twice for some water. Banquets are a no go at $40 a head for what you get.

This was one of the worse places I have ever been. Our waiter was angry, very angry, nobody in my group is sure why. He told us we all had to order the set menu as we were a large group despite other large groups around us being able to order individual courses. The food was extremely average considering the amount of money we paid for it at the end. I actively discourage people to go if I hear them suggest it.

Food and ambience were great. But the service was terrible. We had tried for half an hour to get the waiter's attention for water, coffee and dessert but when he finally came over he told us they were closing soon and walked off-other tables were still eating and it was 9.25 pm. He then preceded to noisily pack up around everyone giving us the hint to leave. Poor form. Possible career change needed by the waiter.

Arabella has by far the worst service I've ever experience in any restaurant. The waiter was unbelievably rude and hostile and the only reason I didn't make a scene and walk out is because we had a table of 10 and I didn't want to upset the girl who had organised the dinner. Food is very expensive and very average. I will never return there.

We ate at Arabella for my 30th birthday and had a very enjoyable evening. We had a group of 10 and ate the set menu, the food was all very tasty and there was plenty of it. The waiters had a tendency to plonk the food plates down but there were no spillages or accidents. The meal was good value, and the belly dancing was good fun. The effort they made for all the people who were having birthdays on the night was notable. I would recommend Arabella for a group dinner or celebration.

After having eaten at other authentic Lebanese restaurants in Sydney, this is definitely not one of the best. Food was ok, portion size way too small for what you pay, meat was not cooked the best and overall way over priced in total. Felt like having to get a meal from McDonalds on the way home as was not really that full considering having ordered various entrees, dips and 3 mains. Place looks nice but would not go back to be honest. Service was ok. Nothing special about the belly dancing, she seemed to focus on just one side of the room, great entertainment.
