Awesome food and a great atmosphere. I heard they have a new chef and the menu looks great. A good all round place for a meal and a drink. There is so much to see and do in the local area that this place makes a great pit stop for lunch or dinner every time. Highly recommended!

Have visited here on many occasions, not sure why I haven't left a review earlier. I love this place, it captures all ages, outdoor kid's area/swings to the side of the bistro, so you can go for dinner/lunch with friends and still watch children. Staff always friendly, food portions generous and price is great. Bands on weekends and place has a real positive feel to it. Hope they keep up the good work.

Excellent value for money my husband and I had a seafood platter each which consisted of fresh prawns and oysters, prawn twists, calamari and fish fillets all this for only $ 29.95 ea cooked fresh and quick and also huge servings..

Called in for lunch when visiting this pretty little town. Great for families, good play area for kids. Seemed to wait a bit for meals, and restaurant did not seem that busy, maybe short staffed in kitchen. My swordfish was gorgeous, and potato bake very yummy. Husband's scotch fillet quite dry, but chips very nice and salad very fresh.

Appin Hotel is a brilliant spot for the family with its excellent meals and a great play area for the children. Pete, the manager, is a wonderful host and makes everyone feel at home. The pub goes off when a band plays and patrons dance long into the night, some better than others! I recommend a visit to the Appin Hotel to anyone passing through.

Gr8 pub food, always is plentiful in size and taste bar staff very welcoming and are quite pleasant to sit down and have a chat with, found that Pete the manager a very likeable fellow will definitely be going back when passing through again.
