I've not eaten at Appetite yet but the coffee is very good. The cafe is pretty groovy too and surrounded by retro furniture shops which are worth a look. Very chilled place to hang and drink a flat white! fingers crossed redfern gets some more cafes like this one in the neighbourhood!

Beautifully designed space, perfectly made campos coffee and a thoughtful, stylish menu. Food is well priced and staff are fantastic, from my first coffee there my order has been remembered! warm and friendly place - highly recommended!

This is our new local. Thumbs up to this cafe for 3 things:
1. Campos coffee
2. Caring enough to make a decent coffee close enough to the "real campos coffee" at the cafe on Missenden Road, Newtown.
3. Remembering my regular order after just one visit. I had previously been going to a nearby very busy cafe for 3 years, and still had to repeat my order EVERY time I ordered a coffee.
The cafe itself has a grungy yet creative vibe. And being in Redfern, it's simply an oasis! If your a local, make it yours too!

This is a good cafe for plain, standard breakfasts and lunches. They use campos coffee here, and make it well. I wouldn't say the food here is particularly creative, but it is good value and service is prompt. I love what they've done with the space, all primary colours and retro furniture. I recommend the Turkish toast with ricotta and roast tomatoes.

I've been eating and drinking at appetite for 8 years and have yet to eat or drink anything that was less than spectacular. I even walk 15 minutes to get here for lunch, great friendly staff too!

I love this cafe, it's my home away from home!! All the staff know my name and what coffee I drink. Since they changed to Campos Coffee I love it even more! The food is always fresh and made with care.

Awesome place, I would say the best coffee in Sydney. (At last a place that can make a spendid coffee), I agree with nearly all the other comments that the food is great and the coffee to die for. 1uvfood.
