    I’ve been training with Antigone for over 6 years. She is totally focused on helping me get what I want for my body and will even recommend other training modalities to complement the Pilates, like Yoga and Gyrotonics. She helped me through my recent pregnancy (even before the pregnancy, she recognised the symptoms of PCO which the doctors all missed). Then, after the birth of my son, she helped me get my body back quickly. Antigone is very intuitive, she understands female rhythms and she will tailor every work out to meet my needs that day. And she is really focussed – she pushes me to my limits every session. Beautiful studio, fantastic equipment, amazing Pilates instructor – great results. Very happy camper.
