Food is amazing! I really love those little bread rolls with olives & sundried tomato just delicious. We had scampi, scallops, oysters and varieties of pasta. Food is just divine - will dine there again for sure!

We shared a superb seafood platter for dinner last night, the highlight being the whole lobster. It cost us $140 for two, and was worth every cent. The only reason I haven't rated it a 10 was the scallops on the shell were a little over-done, but here I'm being picky. Loved our meal, the service was terrific all night, we really enjoyed our night.

Great waterside location for inner westies, and an all round good choice for a family night out. Whilst the food was above average, in particular the desserts, the restaurant struck me as one most suited to functions, or large groups. Nice enough, but nothing too challenging or exciting.

Likewise, service was seemingly average, and despite being a fairly quite night, we struggled to attract attention when required. I'd give it a go if you've never been, especially if you're looking for neutral territory to tackle the next family reunion.

Went to a 90th Birthday party here on Sunday and can't recommend it highly enough. The minute we walked in we were welcomed warmly by the waiters and offered drinks and canapes. It was a set menu, but the food choice was wonderful and plenty of it. The staff were very attentive the the "party-girl", which was nice to see. It's a very pleasant spot for lunch indeed.

We have been to Angelo's many times over the years and it has always been great food and service. Our visit last night however was not quite up to scratch. The menu was disappointing, it didn't have the flair it used to have. Both entrees and mains were cold and really salty. The service was good, the waiter offered us a replacement main as the confit of duck was not enjoyable. We declined the offer and were not charged for the dish which was appreciated. Not sure if we will return.

Restaurant atmosphere is very versatile - you can come here for a romantic date to celebrate an anniversary, a fun evening out with the girls, or bring your little ones for a family meal. It's not too noisy that you have to shout across the table or so quiet that you feel like you need to keep hushing your kids.

The service is absolutely fantastic - one of the best I have encountered. Friendly but not intrusively chatty. They could be a little quicker with things like bringing out the water, but I'm overall very impressed with the waiting staff.

The view is amazing here, just by the water. Great location and the perfect place to go for a breath of fresh air after a hectic week. I will definitely come back here!

Recently attended a function for 50 people for sunday lunch. Great service, very good food with great ambience. Definitely a place to keep in mind for a gathering.

Well done Angelo's. We recently celebrated a Birthday dinner with you, and it was great. We were disappointed to hear we couldn't get a table Friday night till after Christmas. The seafood platter was amazing. Your staff were super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back again soon.

This place has so much potential but it seems like the owners need to revamp a few things including the menu, decor and wait staff. It was average in all regards. Not displeasing but certainly not a stand out. Only good thing is that it is great for large groups.

Was there for dinner recently. I do eat there often, and the food is always great, the service always friendly and the ambience relaxing. This time was no exception the new menu was just superb! This place comes highly recommended, have no idea what the last reviewer was talking about?!
