I can't be sure about value because the treatment needs time to actually see results, however, the service was great! I was terrified after reading the reviews but I have to admit, I felt very welcomed. I was in and out in one hour as scheduled and they didn't push products or services on me. Connie my therapist was very nice. I'm glad I went to see for myself. I hope I wasn't just the lucky one. They seem all nice.

The biggest mistake and worst voucher purchase ever. Besides the non surgical face lift not working, it burns and is very painful. The person that performed it didn't give any consult or discussion and seemed vague about what she was doing.
This was after 3 months of trying to make the appontment in the first place, you can never get through, nobody calls you back. When you finally get an appointment, they cancel it cos somebody was off sick or something. Took another 3 weeks to secure another appointment.

I went into the Advanced Dermatology centre in Bondi Junction. I spoke to a tall blonde girl who worked there. She was a bit rude to begin with. When I asked for a mirror she told me that she did not have one. This is meant to be a top of the range cosmetic centre but they did not have a basic mirror. Then she smirked and pointed to a mirror that was part of the fit out but it was over head height, well at least my head anyway. She smirked because she knew full well I could not see into it. I don't know what her problem was but she was really weird and rude. At the time she really embarrassed me.
So I left the shop saying how silly of me to ask for a mirror. The next day I was passing so I stopped to ask the man in the same shop if he had got a mirror in the meantime and the girl heard and smirked at me again. I may be older than the pretty but slightly odd shop assistant but at least I remember a time when people had better manners then to openly insult a potential customer. If you feel a bit older than you want to look and maybe a bit down don't bother going into that place you will come out feeling worse. By the way they told me that you need at least four to five $1200 treatments before anything works. And because they have no mirror you'll have to take their word for it.

I had a really positive experience at Advanced Dermatology. I must admit that It did take a little bit of effort to get through but had my call returned quite quickly. (to be honest was expecting about a week to call back but happened in less than 3 days).
I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was incredibly helpful, well spoken and very professional. He answered all my questions and was able to secure an appointment within 5 weeks. He was also very apologetic for the time it took to return my voice message (I could hear it in his voice that meant it) and explained that they had been inundated with calls due to the popularity of the treatments.
When I arrived I was quite surprised as I was greeted by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone (I assumed he was in a call centre) even though he was flat out he was able to get me comfortable, a nice cup of water and some magazines to enjoy while I wait.
I couldn't help but notice that he was quite a multi-tasker constantly on the phone, typing or chatting with clients. I approached him and brought up the issue that I've had difficulty getting through at some stages. He responded saying that he was answering all the calls and taking all the bookings. I looked at him confused and asked him why your company doesn't use a call centre like the other people who do deals? He said that all they would do is take down a message, I would still have to call them back and book the customer in plus let them know everything about the treatments.
I've been in the customer service industry for years and I don't think I've ever seen someone work as hard and as efficient as this person did and could see he was really enjoying what he was doing. (we need more people like him!) He expressed to me that he tries to spend as much time as possible speaking to each customer over the phone before booking them in as it makes them feel much more comfortable about the treatments.
I must admit he was right because when I spoke to him he spent a good 15 minutes explaining all the details of the treatments. I didn't feel like cattle being herded, I felt very appreciated and not rushed by him or the other staff.
The treatment was exactly as he explained and was 100% satisfied. Would recommend them and commend the gentleman for taking on the multiple roles. The company is very lucky to have someone like him who knows exactly how to handle an influx of calls.
Something that everyone forgets (even I do) is that with vouchers there are hundreds of people all trying to get through at once. Would you rather speak to a call centre for them to give you basic text book information about the treatment or even just take a message? Or would you rather leave a voice message wait between 24 - 72 hours and speak to someone who knows what he is talking about and is able to answer every single question plus book you in?
They do call back you just need to be patient because their customers service skills are outstanding.

I have been having Botox and Juvederm with the doctors there for the past 5 years. Dr Sarah is the most experienced + friendliest injector I have every met and I feel more relaxed and confident each time I go. They also removed some leg veins for me and the results were truly amazing.

Having read mixed reviews on this place I have to admit I was very hesitant to buy a $199 coupon for their 60 min non surgical facelift. That said after much research I took the plunge and I can honestly say I havn't looked back since. The procedure was exactly as described and I genuinely couldnt be happier with the results. The reality is that had I not seen and bought this deal I could never have afforded the usual $1200 it costs to perform the procedure.

Purchased laser lipo, mmm technician didn't actually work for them but was filling in. She wouldn't answer questions about treatment with out being pushed. Then didn't say anything glowing but rather than fat reducing it would only help with water retention. Not quite the hype of the promotion.
Additionally the value has been escalated and what you pay through the deal is pretty much the price anytime. No real consultation, no explanation of treatment or expectations. Have 2 more treatments to go but thinking it will be a waste of my time, fuel and energy.
Apparently the machine used is quite an old version, pinches the skin and the heat gets very hot like touching a hot saucepan if left on one place too long. Can't say it is the latest technology.

Bought an offer for $650 worth of laser for $99 via a group buying power website (deal board). Great offer so what went wrong:
Took over 2 weeks to get through to Advanced Dermatology, they don't return calls or reply to emails. Its a matter of continually phoning until you get through to them.
After finally getting through to Advanced Dermatology they offer an appointment 3 months in advance, so a long wait.
One day prior to the appointment Advanced Dermatology phone to say that their laser machine needs repairing so can offer another appointment at a later date or a full refund.
Take the full refund, and then informed that the refund takes 7 days to process (on a credit card, it should be instantaneous) complain and ask them to expedite the refund.
More than 7 days later, still to receive refund, taking this matter up with my bank and reporting them and Deal Board to NSW Fair Trading. Buyer beware.
