I had a Living Social voucher for 1/2 head foils, treatment, hair wash and style blow dry. I was very happy with the cut, colour and style I received. The only let down was the 2 month wait and it would have been nice if staff were more chatty but nevertheless I had a very good experience and I would definitely go back as they are very talented hairdressers and good prices for the area.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I recently purchased two coupons for this business, only to find that the business cannot be contacted. I have been trying to contact them for the last week, only to have them hang on me, or to leave the phone off the hook. Shocking.

Dreadful place, don't bother. I used a voucher but should still have got good service. The colour looks black which really doesn't suit me, I have been going chocolate brown for years and this is the first time they messed it up so badly. Now I will have to pay to get it fixed again.

Terrible service, these girls don't know what they are doing and can't communicate with us at all. Terrible ambience like sitting in a cold dentists office.
