Tender breast of chicken seared then simmered in a sage and cream sauce with Tasmanian scallops & tiger prawns on baked rosemary potato and cauliflower Rosti when available or seasonal vegetables.
Tender eye fillet medallions marinated in fresh garlic, then char grilled (cooked no more than medium) and infused with field mushrooms, fresh cream, brandy, garlic, parsley & diced tomato.

360 Ristorante Italianao is the best restaurant I have been in a long time, with it's juicy succulent steaks and mouthwatering seafood, topping off the night with a delicious affogato.

This restaurant makes every special occasion well worth it, because of the great chef and staff. Keep up the great work guys.

Was at this restaurant late last year and noticed they had changed names and thought we would go back. They now have woodfire pizza and it is absolutely fantastic, the pizza chef is very friendly and is obviously very passionate about his job. The main course was outstanding and found out they are still the same owners, and I could tell from the quality of the food. I had the black angus steak, and was very impressed with the quality of the steak. I mentioned to the chef, Vince, that he needed a seafood platter. Apparently they can organise a platter when given 1-2 days minimum notice. Again, definitely recommended and all staff members are very friendly. Great job guys.

Just got back home from having the best time, not to mention the food is 10/10 and the service was the best, thank you for a great birthday party, all was fantastic, I'll be seeing you again soon.
