I was all ready to leave a glowing review for this place after having a nice breakfast there. We then went to their Turkish banquet and while the food was great and the service was good to start...they then went and spoiled the evening by asking us to move to an outside table because they had double booked our table. Now I really would not have minded except this was when we had almost finished, had already paid, and had left them a nice tip for doing such a wonderful job earlier. To then be asked to move outside was a bit of an insult.
If we had been told earlier in the evening or that morning when we booked, that the table had been booked again for 8.30, then we could have made a choice whether or not we wanted to hurry through a banquet meal in two hours. However, being told this just after we paid, was bad manners and bad service.
We will not go to 304 on West again. It's a shame really because it was going to become our regular haunt.

A great find in Umina Beach. We came across this place by chance, the facade is not that inviting, but once inside the food and staff well and truly compensate. We started with some mixed dips for Entree, generous servings of Homous, Eggplant and a very unusual tangy Beetroot dip, served with warm Turkish bread. For mains we ordered Fillet Steak which was served just as ordered (VWD), and accompanied by some nice sides.
We also ordered the Barramundi Fillet served with char grilled vegetables. Again, very well prepared with the fish most definitely being fresh and not frozen. One of our kids ordered Lamb Cutlets and the other the beef Burger, these were excellent servings and well enjoyed by the kids. No room for desserts, but given the dessert cabinet, it was probably a shame, so many to choose to from!. This is a must do in Umina and we will definitely be back. And btw, service was exceptional!
