Officially in my favourite Top 5 pubs in Sydney. Really enjoyed the 3 weeds lager on tap. Not exactly the beer I would drink regularly but a nice change up from the standard popular beers on tap throughout Sydney pubs.

The bar menu has plenty of variety and generally a nice twist on many standard pub meals without scaring too many patrons seeking comfort, hearty meals. We opted for a 5 course share plate which included Porcini Arancini balls, marinated goats cheese and olives, pork spring rolls and chorizo, potato and egg combination. I loved the food and can't wait to go to the restaurant next time.

Really good vibe from the pub with optional rooms to fulfil your needs ie wine room, lounges in another room to chill out from any noise and relax, front bar had TV's and the large back room containing the bistro. It appeared to be the most lively section of the pub.

Will definitely consider using this pub for functions down the track. It is nicely tucked away off Victoria Rd in Rozelle. Definitely a winner.

The Weeds has just launched a new bistro menu and it is simply superb. I tried the Minute Steak with Cafe de Paris butter and Frites. The steak was perfectly rare, and the sauce was a complex symphony of butter, garlic, anchovy and other herbs and spices, I suspect some of those were from the new organic chef's garden in the old courtyard.

Two days later, and I haven't stopped thinking about that sauce! My husband had the marinated Thirlmere chicken and loved it. Presentation is simple and effective, on rustic boards. The staff at the Weeds are always friendly and efficient, it's just a lovely place to be.

Tucked out of the way in Rozelle, this place is a bit of a hidden gem. The bar food was delicious (although pricey), and the decor was pretty cool. I had the steak sandwich - it was delicious. They also have cool little rooms for private functions.

3 of us got the Pork Hamburgers. For the price they were so small. When I had finished mine I was ready for another, something that does not happen a lot. And the meat didn't taste like Pork at all, just same old flavour you find in any burger. Also they burnt the bun on one of the burgers. Disappointing because the place looked nice.

This place is great for a after-work drink, bite and chat. Good food, great atmosphere. Bar menu is great as is the range of beers on tap!

Great meal, a little noisy in main area, but plenty of room to move to the front bar. Friendly bar staff, can't wait to get back to another fish n chips.

Bar food took 90 minutes from time of order to being served. It took three reminders for the kitchen to acknowledge that our order had been stuffed up. No offer for refund or complimentary dish. You also have to pay for street parking, if you can find parking within walking distance. Not worth it.

Transitioning from a great venue with really good food to a great venue with bad food and bad service. Perhaps, it was a one-off but our meals were forgotten (1.5 hours later) and cold when they eventually arrived, no apologies to boot.

Great place to have a night out for drinks. Get something to eat before you go here. The food at the bistro is not worth the money.

Went here for a Sunday lunch with a friend and I think I've found my new favourite pub. The fish & chips are awesome. Had a great time, the music is kept at a good level to be able to relax and talk. There were plenty of young families with little ones which I thought was great for a inner sydney pub (and I have to say all really well behaved, I thought it might get really noisy, but it wasn't at all.) Will be back for sure.
