This is in regards to the issues which I had a bad experience today at your restaurant. I wanted to inform this to the supervisor or the manager but, I didn't find anyone, so I would like to list out the issues through reviews:

Firstly I had to literally wait for 15 minutes to place an order. There were two girls on the floor busy chatting with each other that they didn't even bother to ask if I was ready to place my order, which is not at all appreciable. This is second time which has been repeated by the same girls, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it seriously.

Secondly the food was been served very lately and it was not good, especially the breads, they were Uncooked. I had to go on with those breads only because I was already been served very lately and I didn't wanted to waste my time.

Note: I Would really appreciate, if you consider my review as an important issue, so that not only me, other customers can receive a proper assistance from a good staff, not like those two girls. Thank you.

Bassim is one of my favourite Korean BBQ restaurants in Sydney. I love the naengmyun, samgyupsal, kalbi and every other meat dish they have as they're all marinated very well.

Service usually is pretty good even when they're really busy and it's not too overly priced like some other restaurants. Definitely worth a visit!

Looking at the previous reviews over the years, I must agree with the ambience. I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years, and the ambience was a little bit off the mark, earlier, but recently they've changed it!

I now love the new ambience, the food like usual was tasty, and cheap. The service was decent. Overall an affordable night, and a great place to take out friends and family.

When you're looking for something different in Strathfield it can be difficult. We found Royal India to be a little oasis. The food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly with dietary requirement. My daughter and I are Gluten free and the staff were diligent about finding out what we could eat. Also plenty of Vegetarian choices. For those who don't like it too spicy I recommend their Butter Chicken it was very tasty.

They have 2 stores, one just a few doors down so they must be doing something right! My girlfriend likes this place, but myself, my resistance to chilli food is weak so I struggled thru it. Portions sizes are bigger than average and the service was ok, they struggled to understand me but thats a minor issue.

Ambience wise its pretty plain, almost food court feel to it, It is a place I would come back too but maybe order less chilli food, if thats possible.

Hmmmm.........

This place is average at absolute best. Scrambled service, scrambled eggs runny and bland, coffees Ok, but for a "coffee warehouse" you would expect a lot better.

Anyone could cook better breakfast at home, so save your dollars and make your bacon and eggs chez soi!

It's been 2 years since I've been to this restaurant! This used to be my favorite place to eat during winter because their pork Kim chi soup is the best in town and warms you up from the first sip! It's quite small and cramped for room but I finally made a visit last night and has my usual, fried dumplings (not so great anymore with the ginger), ricecake with sweet noodle (my favorite as always), Kim chi soup (superb), and also tried something new sweet and sour pork is amazing, it doesn't have the food colouring that most Chinese places and actually has pork instead of fried batter like what you taste at Chinese takeaway!

We ordered 6 dishes all together for 2 adults and one child, and let me say we had ordered way too much, I had forgotten how big the servings were from last time! But we were allowed to take the remaining food home, which was perfect for lunch at work! The bills came to about $80 for 6 dishes and one soft drink as sides and water was free! Their Sweet potatoes side is my favorite!

Will def be back, wish it could be more frequent! But winter is here and this place is good for value and delicious! Enjoy!

Didn't know the place was closed for lunch. Left a couple of messages prior to coming, to book a table. Yet, no one call back.

This place has been a hit and miss. Definitely not value for money. Paid $27 for a gourmet pizza - the Gamberi Prawn pizza which came with 7 small prawns on a family size pizza, butterfly sliced to spread it around. Also had a Scampi Linguine which came with 1 small scampi, and 4 small prawns for $28, and linguine was clumped/stuck together.

Like the others, it's a hit and miss as I suspect it might have been a different chef on the day. But value for money - Not! Not going back for a main meal there. Go somewhere else in Enfield, that's value for money.

Went with 5 other 50+ year olds. Enjoyed the experience of the food and good company. Good teh tarek even though there was no 'tarek' in it. The coffee flavoured bun was delicious as was the durian flavoured dessert: one of the better durian ice creams I've had. Well done Papparoti Strathfield!

The food here was quite good. The okonomiyaki was so nice. The Teriyaki chicken bento box was quite good as well but their unagi roll was horrible. It was expensive, even more expensive than the bento box and not worth it at all. Worst eel roll I've ever eaten in my life but everything else was good.

Food is tasty. The ambience, however, if you are going on a date this is probably not the place to go but if you are looking for a late night feed, till 1am, then this place is great. Food is amazing.

Neither their Korean nor their Japanese seems that great. By Strathfield standards, this place isn't that great.

We went on a Friday night, the place was not really busy, but the service was atrocious. We ordered a mushroom platter which did not appear, asked about it and were told that it would be a little while. When we asked about it again 20 minutes later, no further information was forthcoming. When we made a third enquiry (almost an hour later!) we were told that they were not able to provide the mushroom plate. This, however, did not stop it appearing on the bill at the end of the night, and it was a difficult job getting them to remove it!

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing restaurants I have ever eaten at. There was no ambience, truly horrendous service and poor value for money. The food was ordinary at best. Don't waste your time here, find somewhere decent to eat.

I came here for lunch with some gfs and wish we went somewhere else as the menu was limited and there wasn't anything I wanted in particular. Still it was nicely air conditioned as it was a nice warm day and service was efficient as they come to your table when you press a buzzer on the table. I ordered some noodles which was very bland so my friend shared her pork schnitzel which was large and the popular choice among the diners as everyone seems to be getting it.

Afterwards when we ordered some red bean shaved ice dessert to share they didn't remove the finished dishes which was still stacked on the table, even though we asked the waitress to remove them. Definitely won't be back here.

I used to frequent this restaurant ages ago and it brought back great memories when my friends and I stepped inside. It has been nearly 10 years but the place still felt the same with the booths and ambience.

The night we went it was quite busy and while the waitress didn't smile, the service was efficient with refill of sides and water when needed. We ordered potato noodles, pancakes and spicy rice cakes which were tasty but the standard Korean fare. Prices are reasonable and it was great to pay this place a visit.

Still love this place for the flavorsome food at a value u can't beat! my favorite dish is still the mohinga (fish flavored soup noodle), but the tofu salad (made from peas I believe) has changed since I first visited here. It's only served on weekends. Used to be soft, fragrant and the texture's more powdery - now it's stiff, lost the fragrance and has a gelatinous texture to it, miss the original tofu.

The only vietnamese restaurant in Stathfield, and also located in the heart of the suburb so it's obviously busy everyday.

The food as far as vietnamese restaurants is average. The price is a little higher than the average but I don't blame them as they do have the upper hand.

Atmosphere is energetic and lively (like the rest of strathfield) and the service is attentive at least.

I gave them 6 stars for food due to the last time I ordered hainan chicken rice there the rice was quite hard which was a disappointment. My friend ordered an extra fried egg on top of his rice and that came out quite runny in the centre. Fried egg and rice, come on.

I've been here 3 times in the past 2-3 weeks. Each time has been consistent in terms of food etc. The ambience of this place is ok. They have these wooden seats and tables reminiscent of a cubby house, but it has a bright appearance about it.

The service is good and they are happy to refill your sides multiple times. The sides themselves are awesome, the potato and jelly sides are the best. But the kimchi and beansprouts are good either way.

The food has also come down to quite good value when you share and split it. The last time I went, we split a hot pot, kimchi pancake, potato noodles and fried chicken for 5 people and it was $12.50 pp and we were Very full. The food is tasty and I enjoyed every dish.
