Service is awful. Cleaned our table whilst we went to the table and then tried to argue that we had already received our main course and would not refund the bottle of wine that we had purchased and they had thrown down the sink. Mains took about 1hr 30 minutes to come out and then they were burnt and meat was tough. Received no apology for what happened and felt I was in the wrong for leaving the table and going to the toilet after waiting about 1hour 15 minutes at that stage. Would never go back due to service.

I have never written a review about a restaurant previously and have never once complained at a restaurant however I have felt the need to on this occasion to warn every person considering going to this restaurant (if you can call it that) to not bother.

We were one of only 3 groups of couples in the restaurant and there were 2 waitresses on duty. Not only did they not bother trying to take you order you virtually had to beg them to order anything! We initially waited 25 minutes before finally giving up and leaving the table to find anyone to take our order for entrees.

When we ordered entrees we were told they we could not order mains at that stage (we thought it would save us some time given that the service was so bad so far) and that we would have to wait to order. Well wait we did! It was yet another 35 minutes before we again had to track the waitress down and get her to take our order for mains.

When the mains came out there were 2 dishes missing and we advised the waitress of this and 10 minutes later only one of our missing dishes was bought out!

By the time we had eaten the very average food (you could cook yourself better Indian by getting a jar of Indian stuff from the supermarket and just pouring it over some cheap meat) we were so annoyed that we couldn’t even be bothered ordering dessert!

On a whole - horrible service, average food with cheap ingredients, no atmosphere, rude people and generally a horrible night out.

The worst thing of all was that the manager of the restaurant spent the night talking to friends in the corner and made no attempt to try and fix any issues.

Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else - You will be disappointed if you choose to eat at this establishment!
