I am referring to the one in Canning Vale. Never go here I booked in for a treatment and did not get that, they promised a credit which I did not get. Unfortunately, the lady was Asian and she just did not understand anything yet there were other staff there that just stood on the side not saying anything. Odd realy odd. It has a relaxing atmosphere but that was the best part about it.

I thought it was fairly expensive for what I received had I have got what I requested I wouldn't be saying this. They want to get rid of you as quick as you walk in my time was not for the hour booked. I wouldn't recommend them don't waste your money. Referring to Canning Vale only I have not been to the Rivervale premises and it could be entirely different.

Please people be honest on the sites we work too hard for our money to be wasted by inadequate service.

Had an exceptional service at an exceptional price. A truly remarkable day spa and Hair salon a one stop shop. Beautiful Spa experience throughly enjoyed the hot oil hair scalp massage and the Facial (from the owner) Amazing nothing but massage right the way through. Voted as Perth's Best Day Spa I understand why nothing but good old passionate therapists here. Will be back sad to see others slander this business on here. Would recommend you being your own judge I was nothing but impressed.
