Worst Experience to date! 10 of us celebrating a birthday and this is what we encountered, booking was mixed up, meant to be 7.30, didn't sit us down until 8.30. Took 45 minutes to write down our order. Buffet looked understocked as it was now late. The lightly dusted calamari, came out deep fried, and leaching oil, no side salad and therefore those 3 meals were not eaten.

The vegetarian risotto came out with chicken? No replacement meal as it was too late. Barramundi with side of chips $32 was a joke, as there were only 4 chips!
Service staff were thin on the ground for a sat night, took awhile to get attention. I would not go back.

Don't like pre-prepared food and that is what you serve! and not enough staff in bar area, especially after a show (chicago) could not get served so we left (10 of us)! don't think we will be back or recommend you.

Food was average. Main came out cold. Service was bad, basically not interested in serving you. Had to ask for the bill multiple time.

The service at this restaurant is one of the worst I have ever experienced. No staff member offered to take drink or food orders. Our main course finally arrived 2 hours after we arrived we could not enjoy our meal as we had to be at a show 15 minutes after the food arrived. No offer of dessert or coffees. The staff obviously don't own the business!
