Having read Markyperth's review just before going to this restaurant we were expecting to meet the waitress from hell. Far from it luckily. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The food was great, love the pastas. The tiramisu was disappointing. It was like eating cold, wet cake. We had a good night and we will be back.

Went there for my daughters 16th. It was a party of 15 people. Our waitress, continued to roll her eyes as we placed our order. We all noticed it, it was embarrasssing for everyone. The meals came out staggered. First thing, two pizzas arrived. Out of the 15, 2 people ordered pizza, a 19 year old country guy and a 12 year old boy. When they arrived they were told there was 1 Meatlovers and 1 pizza with this exotic name having 3 cheeses.

We said sorry, but it was actually 2 meatlovers as there was only two ordered and the 2 people ordering the Pizza would not even know how to pronounce its name let alone eat a pizza with nothing but 4 kinds of cheeses. The waitress headed back to our main sourfaced cow and told her. She openly, opened her mouth in disbelief and began ranting in clear view of everybody. She then strutted up to the table and began argueing that the pizzas were what arrived.

I explained calmly that they weren't, she began to insist that they were. At this point she began argueing, over the shoulder of the young girl trying to enjoy her 16th birthday. It ended up in me telling her that I wasn't argueing, that she not speak to me like that and basically to go away. The rest of the table were gobsmacked, asking me what happened but I just tried to calm it down and say nothing.

Meanwhile, once again in clear view of the table she stood behind the counter, with another wait staff ranting and waving her arms around. I was pretty pissed at this stage. Her attitude was so bad that by this time another member of the party asked another waitress if she wouldn't mind helping us, asking specifically that that woman not approach the table again. She seemed embarrassed for her colleague and thankfully saved our night to a degree.

The food was cold, I actually returned mine which is something I have never done before only to receive it back with a chunk taken out and being dried on the bottom from being microwaved. The woman was dead set on ruining my daughters birthday. She walked around the table, chucking things in front of people and basically being horrible. My partner who had previously worked in hospitality for years said "she has been doing this for way too long".

Service was nothing short of disgusting, patrons or not how you can treat complete strangers like that is beyond me. At that table that night were people who worked in all areas of service from health care, sales and airline industry. We just could not believe that this woman was allowed near people in that capacity. I will, as they won't, ever go there again.
