A great place to sample authentic Thai food. Relatively good value for money. Food always fresh and amazingly well cooked. Service is good, always willing to help. Can often be very busy, and it is a good idea to book, however, I found that most people in Perth eat early, so if you are happy to wait until 8.30 or so you will have no trouble getting a table. Best Thai I have found in Perth, so far.

The food has always impressed us when we have visited Saowanee's place, enough so that we continue to return. Considering the location, and the numerous restaurants in the vicinity, Saowanee's price and quality is hard to beat. Ranging from $10-20, we are yet to find a meal that is not delicious, and can highly recommend the garlic chilli fried prawns to anyone who likes seafood.
