Stopped in for a quick steak on a public holiday monday. Kitchen was still open, service was reasonably prompt and very friendly.

Two of three orders were correct, however, the wrong steak was delivered for the third, a much pricier wagyu cut! They took the difference off the bill and were apologetic about it. Salads (coleslaw) were a bit on the small side and not very tasty, but the steaks were all cooked exactly as we'd ordered. One of my fellow diners wasn't too impressed with the cut, but conceded that it was cooked very nicely.

For what appears to be part of a chain outlet, Outback Jacks was not bad, and I'd probably go back again if I found myself in the area.

We ate here on a boys night out, I had the 500g rump ($28) it was huge and tasty beer where like 6 or 7 buck even better and the best part was it was classy and spacious so now I know where to take the Mrs. We will be back.

Maybe the Sydney version of this establishment should change its name, cause I don't recall it being this bad.

Deep fried chicken wings, I mean who sells them. Not only deep fried they are covered in sweet chilli sauce and better still they provide you a white dipping sauce, errrrr

I was craving steak, and what was delivered was nothing but disappointment. Three of the smallest pieces of steak you have ever seen. Dinner for one was close on $80, and after I was just wishing I had gone somewhere else.

Why would it take over half an hour on a Tuesday afternoon when you are the only ones in the place to get your food?

Need to find kitchen staff and waiters. Waiter took order and never appeared again. Order five steaks including F1 Wagyu 500 day grain fed at $61, fillet $41 and Botswana Beef at $45 all medium and they were all delivered well done. Fillet was so dry it is amazing that steak house can destroy such a great piece of steak.

Little sympathy when paying bill just suggested that we should have spoken to non existent waiter to get it fixed. Why is it my issue to chase waiter? Shouldn't they deliver what I asked for? Couldn't recommend this to anyone when they specialise in steak they should know how to deliver steak.

The ambience and surrounds were lovely but seriously let down by the lack lustre (non-existent) service. The food was ok - meaning not great but not awful either. Not sure that I would recommend Blu for a nice evening out... Many more places out there with better service and better food.
