We stopped going to the Wanneroo about 3 years ago. We have started going again. We heard they had new management so we gave it another try. The food is great huge serves, the service was good. The play ground is a bonus for those with younger kids, on a whole a good night out.

I really like going here for a meal with the kids. They have a play room to keep them happy, the meals are always very good, (I recommend the ribs!) and the staff are always friendly. Its a nice laid back place, that is kid friendly, that you can get a great meal.

The Attfield Tavern offers value for money meals. Offering a full sized meal for $12.00 every day. This special changes daily. In April they are offering Grilled fillet of fish with chips and side salad on a Tuesday for $12.00 and Thursdays you can call in for a rump steak with chips and salad bar for $12.00. The Attfield is child friendly with a Kids corner, check out the 'Big Red Couch' to do some coloring and enter the monthly 'kids color competition with a great prize to be won each month.

The attfield also offers a value for money 'Guest wine list' available in the Bistro with bottles of wine starting from just $6.00 with your meal. Effectively this month you can get a meal, a bottle of wine, and coffee for just $20.00 per person. Open 7 days a week from 11.30 to 2.30 for lunch and 5.30 till 8.30 for evening meals.

Food was very average, went with group of friends on two separate occasions. Everyone was less than impressed. Ambience well I wouldn't go here if that's what you're after very bright and basic set up with little atmosphere in the dining area. They need to get a new kitchen staff to get me back here unfortunately.

Waited 27 minutes for burnt oyster kilpatrick! Then the mushroom, sundried and olive ravioli was tasteless! No flavour, along with the sauce tasted like it was out of a jar! Disgusting and over priced!

If there was no sunset, I would say there would be no pub. Talk about dining out on your reputation. The location is one of the finest in Australia, it is just a shame the menu, the service and the food are poor.

By all means check it out, but go somewhere else for dinner.

Had the tasting plate for 2 and enjoyed it immensely, great variety of wines and extremely helpful staff! Will definitely make it a regular.

Absolute garbage, worst food I've had in a very long time. Chicken something-or-other absolutely Swimming in a sauce made from god knows what. And another chicken dish which was allegedly stuffed with Chorizo, mushrooms and garlic, but which contained a grey, oozy substance which tasted absolutely putrid. And all this for $28.00 a plate. Omg - stay as far away from this place as you can!

You can get a good meal at a good price. Pity that they have the drinkers at the bar in the same part as the tables. Loudmouthed drunks make it uncomfortable when you're trying to eat your Dinner (yes thats what I had to put up with). The staff just laugh it off but it is uncomfortable for others.

It is old not a nice atmosphere for ambience, service unless you go up and wait 10 minutes you might be served. This happened to me twice on the same night. Cheap meal good food you cannot expect more. I would not go along with kids as the swearing is rife.

Food was at best average, the staff were friendly enough but would not recommend it as a value for money venue. The place was shut by ten thirty with little or no ambience. Unlikely we will return.
