Overview of Nobu

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is expanding the most recognised Japanese restaurant to Perth. Nobu Perth is opening in September and it will explore the fusion of Japanese flavours with revered, signature dishes including yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, tiraditio Nobu-style and black cod with miso.

Leading by its head chef, Nicolas Mazier, Nobu Perth is also featuring its sushi chef, Asao Tsukama. Best part of all, Nobu Perth has a private Teppan dining room and a sake bar with an extensive sake menu for you to enjoy!

Nobu will be available for lunch and dinner soon.
