The worst japanese food, fusion or otherwise I have ever had. How dare they label themselves "fine".

Very creative nouveau japanese cuisine. If you book for the degustation menu, the head chef Muneki, even telephones you the day before to confirm that the menu plan is agreeable. A la carte is just as good, duck and sear scallops is a personal favourite as is the ginger salmon. Do try the sashimi and sushi as that is the chef's staple craft. Save some room for dessert as they are seasonal and different from the staple green tea ice creams, which is also very good. It does get very noisy when it is full so try and get in on the weeknights.
