I am really shocked to read the other review as i have not only dined at Metro but also had my wedding there. The food is sensational, the service and management were attentive and went that extra mile for me. I have to say I disagree with the above comment and would highly recommend Metro for all types of events.

Attended a Xmas function there on 11 Dec. Had been booked 6 mths earlier yet the private area agreed was not now available so we were squeezed in at the end of the noisy bar. Food, when it finally arrived, was fatty, cool and boring. Some better platters came out later but way too late. Very disappointing and ludicrously expensive.
