I really like going here for a meal with the kids. They have a play room to keep them happy, the meals are always very good, (I recommend the ribs!) and the staff are always friendly. Its a nice laid back place, that is kid friendly, that you can get a great meal.

Just went to the Merriwa for a meal and got no service! at all. Waited at our table for 1/2 an hour before getting our own menu and had to listen to kids running around tables while their parents got drunk on the other side of the premises! we walked out and got takeaway. Will never ever go there again and it's our so called local! What a joke!

A pub that does not try to be something its not. Good value meals, honest service and cold beer. Sports Bar and TAB were flat out and plenty of diners in for a meal on the Fri we went to.
