I was very surprised to see a bad review for this place, we've been there several times and have even had a function upstairs. We have never had anything but good, friendly service and food to die for! We love that you end up full at the end of the night and it hasn't cost you a packet. We love the variety and the flavours, not to mention the desserts.
In our opinion, apart from the odd loud-mouth which you can get anywhere, the noisier it is just shows how much customers are enjoying themselves. We highly recommend this place and suggest you don't believe everything you read because some people really enjoy complaining about the slightest things. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Having read a bad review of Grazi I was a bit apprehensive about dining there, but we had booked and it was too late to change. At first glance it looked a little too ‘café style’ but we were there to eat and so we ordered. As usual we had garlic bread and bruschetta while we examined the comprehensive menu in more detail. The bruschetta (a tomato and a mushroom) were satisfactory while the garlic bread had plenty of butter and was not too garlicky.
We thought that the mushrooms could have been hot, but then some don’t serve it that way. I opted for the creamy garlic prawns, which turned out to be delightful, the prawns were big and firm. There was also plenty of creamy sauce which soaked through the rice, so I ate all of that too. My wife chose the eggplant parmigiana, a large serve which she described as ‘well presented and with a superb taste’.
My son chose the chicken parmigiana and his partner had the Tuscan Chicken. Both were large serves, well presented and reportedly delicious. Although there was a good range of desserts, none of us had the room to fit one in. At $146 (Including a bottle of Goundry chardonnay) the meals were good value and the service was friendly and attentive.
The only drawback (for me) was the noise of a roomful of people enjoying themselves. The hard surfaces caused a lot of reflections and, having a slight hearing loss, I struggled to understand our conversation. Before leaving, I checked out the ‘garden area’ – a covered and enclosed area that was much quieter. I’ll be back for more.

Very disappointing meal. Probably safer to order the pasta and stay away from the seafood.
