Very disappointing. Nails done by the staff at Fremantle salon. He was rough, burning me 5 times. He was obviously in a hurry and filed my nails so low that there were no tips showing. He was careless when putting on nail polish and when I asked him to clean the excess from skin he mumbled angrily in his language. It was a painful and degrading experience and I would never return.

This is a high end Indian restaurants, with most mains $20-30. The food was fine, wine was fine, I had the kulfi for dessert which was quite hard, I had to pretty much bang it with my spoon.

This is a trendy little restaurant behind the commonwealth bank building. The food is fusion japanese, quite fresh. The decor is nice and sleek, and service is fine. I had the sashimi salad which was refreshing and different.

The let down for me was the black sesame ice cream, when I asked for the dessert menu the waiter just told me they had two types of ice cream and a fried banana thing, so I asked for the ice cream, and it was just 2 little scoops of your average black sesame ice cream and cost $11! I was shocked when I got the bill. I'd go back, but won't be ordering dessert next time.

Someone recommended this restaurant to me and I went there for breakfast. The building is interesting, and inside it's got an industrial feel. I had the corn fritter and wild mushroom, the mushroom was fine, very fresh. The corn fritter was not what I expected, basically it was a deep fried banana with some chocolate cream and peanut butter, it was too sweet for my taste. The coffee was nice, very smooth.

I was floored by the rudeness of the staff at Clara Beauty, including the senior staff. The lack of customer service is appalling and I would certainly never recommend anyone go there.

Excellence service, great food, if you like roast duck, roast pork and honey chicken. This is the place you have to visit.

They did a pretty good job shortening a dress for me but it was expensive and the customer service was not fantastic. Understandably they were very busy, but sometimes a little TLC is needed when dealing with customers!

I flew back to Perth from Sydney to take my mum and family for mothers day degustation. The impression I got from booking was fantastic, I suppose it was the owner who called me to confirm, was very friendly and accommodating, to our needs. The restaurant was well staffed, and most of them were very friendly and provided excellent service, in particular I think it was a chef, was fantastic.

There was one waitress that wasn't so great, and for that reason I didn't give the overall rating a 10 on service. The ambience was modern, in an old house I think, but refurbished, no views or anything though. The lighting is dark, like other diners mentioned, but not the darkest restaurant I've been to, and it was pleasant for fine dining, with dimmed lights, and candles. As the night drew on, and the restaurant filled up, and it was fairly noisy, some background music would have been good to drown out everyone elses conversations.

Service also started to slow at this point, so the whole meal ended up taking around 3.5hours. Altho, they do warn you of this when you book. So if you're impatient like my husbund, go somewhere else for a 3 course meal, but if you don't mind having a relaxing night out, allow close to 4 hours for the whole meal.

The food - there were about 10 or 12 courses if you include the freebies and cheese course. Most were excellent. I particularly liked the Marron, the produce was excellent. And the Most unusual dish I loved was the bacon and eggs, it didn't taste like egg, but was delicious. One course I didn't really fancy was actually the main, this was a bit of a let down by the end of the meal, as the beef was rather chewy.

We ordered wines by the bottle rather than matching, and they were pretty good too. For so many courses, many which contained great produce, I think 125 for the degustation is quite reasonable in comparison to other restaurants serving similar food and offering similar service. They finished the night by writing "Happy Mothers Day' on mums dessert. Nice touch.

Shame on you MBH - Panorama Restaurant. Service is shocking, food is shocking and senior staff is even more shocking! Fail in my books! Went there for Mothers' Day breakfast and was so disappointed. Congratulations! You just lost a customer!

First of all, the prices were ridiculous and we even had to pay full price of $15 for a 1yo as it was a set menu. It was supposed to be Bacon and Eggs and came out with 2 pieces of bacon and a piece of hard, cold toast. No egg. The other meal for a child was 2 pancakes which were tiny (each about 5cm in diameter) and a big blob of cream. That too was $15. The meals were pre-paid but if I had known it was going to be tiny meals I wouldn't have bothered booking here. Very poor.

I asked for a hot chocolate in which, when it came out was not hot and there were no marshmallows or cookies with it, like a normal Good restaurant supplies. There was also no butter supplied with the toast that was served with the meals.

The senior staff took our high chair away cos he needed it and didn't even say Thank You and then didn't even replace it with another chair so our toddler had to sit on our laps for the rest of the time we were there.

The tables weren't cleaned often so we had stacks of plates and cups and that with a toddler is not a good mix (unless you want broken plates and cups!) so I put them on the floor and told the waitress when she came by next. She just looked at it, gave a little giggle then walked off! what?

There were 4 danishes that came with the set menu and when we received them I asked for some plates so we could eat them. The waitress came back with only 2 plates. I asked her for another 2 more plates and she said "oh, you want 4 plates?"..... well yes, there are 4 of us eating here!

Then as we were walking out I turned around to see the senior staff just staring at us, not even a "Thanks for coming" like the other waiter near him. I just shook my head in disgust.

1/10 rating from me. And the 1 point goes to the nice views. The minus 9 points goes to the disappointing service, senior staffs pathetic attitude, and the scummy quantity of food.

I used to like Panorama but I don't think I'll ever return now. And I urge nobody waste their time and money there either.

Just had Breakfast at this cafe for Mother's Day and left disappointed. The food was ordinary and the front desk reception was flippant and off putting. We were treated as a nuisance, even though a booking was made for 9am. When you are offered the worst table in the place and told "Someone has to sit there' then you know that you not actually welcome.

We had to ask for our food after 45 minutes and then the dishes were not even hot. We have eaten there on previous occasions for breakfast and dinner but it seems that they can not cope with the big events. Need to treat all customers as potential reviewers and this time we were let down.

Good Breakfast at Coogee Beach Cafe. Remember this is a beach cafe not a restaurant, so if you keep that in mind you will enjoy this place. Very casual, but breakfast is very good, coffee is good definitely going to try it for lunch or dinner. New owners or operators in the last couple of months doing a good job.

I have been to Soleil Health four times to get IPL through their $59 for $500 worth of IPL offer, and their instore offer of $119 for $500. What gets me going back is their commitment to the most up to date technology and their knowledge of their machines.

I have spent each session talking about the machines and have learnt a great deal about what they can do, which is in stark contract to other salons I have visited, where staff just went through the motions (and in one case burnt me). I have had a fabulous experiences here and have recommended it to friends. This salon gets that online deals are the way of the future. Thanks!

Very expensive treatments for what you actually get in return. The spa is absolutely beautiful inside. Nice areas and ambience. On the other hand, the treatments that I have received here were rather average compared to most places in Perth, and I am a regular spa visitor. It's really sad, because I wanted to come back but will not be returning.

I think therapists need additional training to make the experience more special and memorable, as well as relaxing. They do not ask about pressure during massage or facials, they do not ask would you like a cup of tea/ glass of water after. This is not good enough when you are paying up to $200 for a facial or massage.

Food was great, definitely get more than you pay for. The food had lots and flavor and was very fresh. Had to wait 20 minutes. Place looks good as well.

Have never been so disappointed with a hair cut/colour in my life. Colour was so far from what I requested it's not funny. Fringe has been butchered. Hair looked better when I walked in. Will have to fix it at home, I could do a better job.

Went to Joes to celebrate a family reunion and found the place outstanding. The Snapper was great and the ribeye was cooked to perfection. There are few places that give this size steak for the price. Wait staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

I go here it's a nice place they sort out their kids into blocks Bushlands=B and then their class room number example B1 and for year 2 to year 3 they are in wetlands=w and I am in coastlands= c and I am in C2 it's a nice school a specially if you have C5's teacher mrs C I won't do her full name because I respect her.

For a new restaurant, the service is pathetic! The staff are not so accommodating even when the restaurant is not soo busy which is really disappointng because you would think they would want customers to come back! Staff are rude! I would not go back to this restaurant.
