Overrated. I heard this place makes good coffees but after trying one, it was decent at most. For anyone who understands good coffee, it should not taste like 80% milk and 20% espresso. Well in Epic's case it was exactly that. Disappointed with my coffee that I paid a ridiculous $6.2 for.

Food rating is based mainly on the espresso, but the sandwiches are great too. Ambience is about what you'd expect in a busy city cafe, service is always fantastic.

Perfect espresso, perfect service, awesome value. I'm not local and only get to visit Epic a few times a year from Sydney, but without fail Corey remember my name, what I like to drink and always has time for a chat.

He leads a team of passionate baristi well and they are all as friendly and talkative as Corey.

The passion Epic has for their coffee comes through in everything that they do, and IMHO they are easily one of the best cafes in Australia. A must visit for any coffeesnob.

I'm gonna give these guys a ten for value cause their coffee is definitely the best in Perth. The attention to detail and quality of the coffee can only be matched interstate at other places like Mecca and St Ali. I've even heard another customer saying, 'I just flew into Perth and came straight from the airport to get one of these coffees!' Gotta be a good testamonial for them.
