    My wife and I shared a tray of German sausages. We enjoyed them, some were better than others, one was definitely toughened by overcooking. With the six beers to taste included in the bill of fare we enjoyed our lunch.

    Now Elmar does have the only really nice German Schweinshaxe I have tasted in Perth so far, and I have tasted Schweinshaxe in most of the German/Swiss Restaurants.
