Recently my husband and I stayed there for 4 nights. The place is so clean, neat and peaceful. Transport is very convenient. Just ask the owner and he will be glad to help you open the back gate which opens onto the car park of the Warwick Rail Station and bus terminal. From there you can access to all parts of Perth both city centre and suburbs. Ten minutes walk from the place there is a huge shopping mall with supermarkets and plenty of shopping and eateries and cinemas too.

The owner Jeffrey and his wife are very nice, very helpful and sincere. They have this personal touch that makes me feel so at home. I will definitely stay there whenever I go to Perth and I highly recommend it to my friends.

I recently was fortunate enough to spend five nights at the Arcadian Bed and Breakfast. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting a modern bed and breakfast within working distance to the train. It was so close that it would have taken only two minutes at the maximum to walk to it, as there is access through the back fence of the house.

Jeffrey was most welcoming especially when I wasn't able to arrive there till after 11 pm, having come from interstate. The breakfasts were varied and more than adequate for myself, with more on offer than I could possibly eat. Well and truly worth the $10 per person. The rooms were immaculate. Jeffrey and Jenny were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. I would love to return again and I hope their business is very successful. I look forward to another visit.
