I've been to Xiang Ju Hot Pot House over 20 times from when they first opened until now and the quality of food and service has always been exceptional. The variety of foods are great and the taste is always delightful. The soup is always precisely the level of spice you request and the stock soup always leaves you coming back for more. The cold dishes are very tasty and the lunch special beef noodles are two thumbs up. The two lady owners are fantastic and always so cheerful and willing to assist. Great prices and taste, must give it a try! Thanks

Comparing to other Hot Pot shops in Melbourne, the price is a little more expensive. However, it was the only one in Glen area (a new one just opened recently). The food is pretty good in quality and the choices are many. The "hand-made noodles" is the best, cause many other shops don't have them (there is one in box hill only). The lady owner is very nice comparing to the other ones also. As they are often quite full, better book in advance. From a HotPot Lover~

If you're looking for a hot-pot meal that's affordable and convenient, then this is it. During my visit there, we opted for the "Tasty Soup" base which was slightly on the salty side. We kept asking for more "Szechuan-style meat balls" and the "Shanghai hand-made noodles" where a waitress would deftly "pull" them at the table. Yummo!
