A group of 8 had the B banquet and could not finish it all. A good variety of food with different textures, flavours, etc. was nice clean food with no glug. Worked out at about $25/head [including a couple of drinks] great value and very courteous and friendly staff.

Been going here for years, love the tsel nyamo kyurmo, I think it's vegetables with lemon and honey, the dhal and the 'ting mo' steamed buns. Great monastic music will transport you to the 5000 metre Buddhist plateau. Tibetan tea worth a try, be careful.. tea with butter and salt but that’s the way they have it there and some times in Nepal.

Great food.. not sure if it's authentic Tibetan food but very tasty.. fantastic value.. good service. Would be back next time I'm in melbourne, try a few more dishes on the menu.

The Wild Yak, loved the name, being a Tibetan yak herder myself. The service was fast and polite, the food was incredibly tasty and of very good value. Overall the Wild Yak Tibetan cafe was the best cafe I've ever been to.

Very good restaurant. The food is fantastic, not oily and heavy, with a good selection of different dishes. It's very reasonably priced and the service is excellent, very courteous staff in a simple but relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
