Horrible place. I went there for dinner and a show, there was supposed to be table service for drinks but we didn't see a waiter once all night. Dinner started to be served and our table received theirs an hour and a half later.

The food was horrible, mine was burnt but cold and the chips weren't cooked properly. I asked for a replacement and was told that I would have to wait, didn't even get an apology. Then dessert came out, all of the other tables were getting cheesecake and by the time it got to ours we got canned grainy fruit salad with canned cream. It was disgusting service and food and the drinks were overpriced, $8 for house wine $11 for spirits.

The experience I endured was a bad reception from staff. When ordering the waitress order myself and others at my table the wrong meal. They did not attempt to offer an alternative to what they presented us with and were not going to replace or compensate us for the wrong food. As I don't like what they presented we left with our plates not touched. Overall bad customer service.

Very tidy venue, menu not extensive but traditional pub food at very fair prices. Would definitely visit again.

Venue was ok in the food area apart from the oysters which had a bad after-taste, but later when a dispute arose regarding the malfunction of a pokies machine the senior staff became evasive and passively threatening in his manner including refusal to give a copy of the complaint form to me, and when I insisted wanted to take me outside where no cameras were monitoring his behaviour?!

When I refused he then tried to exclude me from the venue and would not answer any of my questions regarding a resolution of my complaint of alleged fraudulent machine operation of the new roulette machines. He did not exclude me from the venue eventually as he had no grounds to do so but still refused to supply me with documentation on my complaint to which I am entitled to I believe under common law rights.

Left a very bad taste in respect to a venue that we were previously ok with, both in the food quality issue and the response of the assistant manager in the gaming area.

I had steak and it was wonderful. Cooked to perfection and incredibly tender my mouth, waters at the thought. It was your typical pub. The mushroom sauce was a little watery and bland but apart from that, yummy.
