Vin is a restaurant, wine bar and wine store in the one unique space.

Vin's dining room is set inside the main wine cellar with over 1,200 wines lining the walls from floor to ceiling and luxurious chesterfields encircling a huge open fireplace.

Under the guidance of our head chef Trumble Dewé, the Vin team creates sophisticated dishes that showcase the finest Australian produce & modern techniques. Trumble and the Vin team have designed a constantly evolving menu that is both elegant and accessible.

What a beautiful Meal. Excellent presentation on the plate, excellent service and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a really nice night out with good food and wine. Had the duck, cooked perfectly and my partner had the steak special - best steak he's ever had in Melbourne!

Went to Vin on a very busy night without a booking. The manager was very accommodating and placed us in the lounge near the open fire place to wait for a table. Although we didn't have to wait long to get our hands on the amazing menu and wine list.

Gorgeous scallops and quail dishes for entree and superb duck and lamb rump dishes for mains. We couldn't decide on dessert so the chef tasting plate was a great option as it had small portions of all the desserts on it. We were looked after all night by the manager who knew the menu back to front and his wine knowledge was superb.

Will be back for sure!

Absolutely brilliant food here, the duck is delicious and the best scallop entree I think I've ever tasted. Great wine list as you'd expect and the waitstaff are very professional. The chef made us up a tasting plate of desserts which was divine!

There's no doubt about visiting this fantastic restaurant for a night of self-pampering with food and wine. The food there was fabulous. Portion sizes were just right. Wines recommended to go with each dish blended very well.

Large functions undertaken smoothly. Some of the finest cocktail food I've had. Excellent wine selections. Meals outstanding, though service can drag a little. What a wine list!!

My partner & I went here for a lovely dinner. The calamari and pork belly is not to be missed - an absolute treat for the senses! The wine list is amazing ... don't miss enjoying your last wine of the night by the fireplace.

Amazing! Share plate to start was fantastic. I had the tuna steak, and the complexities were spot on. My friend had the red curry duck, which was lovely. Too full for desert. The wine was good and so many choices. I am running out of superlatives. 20/20 for food.

Fantastic spot off the main drag. A restaurant in the middle of a fantastic wine store which means you will never feel unsatisified by the wine list. Wine charged out at retail price as opposed to 100% restaurant mark up prices. Great for group bookings although I'd double confirm your RSVPs as you will be charged for those that don't turn up. Very homely with couches and a fire place at the end. The sort of place you walk past for years and always say "we should go there one night", only to end up disappointed when you realised you have missed out on, what will be a favourite for all that time.
