Since our establishment in 2006 our stylish multi-purpose venue and emphasis on service and quality has been proven to be our success. Embraced by an extensive variety of customers from general dinners to private functions, corporate events and beyond, trademark continues to move forward as one of Melbourne’s most inventive restaurant’s and bar.
Our dining menu holds no limits and offers our guests an extensive variety of Mediterranean cuisine with a Middle Eastern influence. We cater for corporate functions, special events, birthdays and social occasions. We are open 7 days a week from 8am serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with all major credit cards accepted.

Meeting friends for dinner at Mosskito, walked into wrong restaurant. Was greeted by friendly happy staff so decided to stay. A decision worth changing plans for. Our night turned from average to amazing, everything was WOW!!!!!
The staff recommended the tasting board selection of cheeses, cold meats and marinated veg. YUMMY!!!! For seconds we were recommended the famous spathcock (baby chicken) with lentils, Daube (beef) with mash melts in your mouth, Prosciutto pizza and the gnocci chicken. We licked our plates clean.
We were told we had to try the Pear and Ricotta cake (tastes better than it sounds) it's a must have.
Finished the night with coffee that complemented everything. Just thought I'd add, we observed waitresses taking orders by memory of groups of 10+ (No mistakes). Overall it was nice to see staff knowing what they were doing. Highly recommend. Will definitly be back.
